HealthRe: Is It Can't Cure Or Won't Cure by Unluvable(op): 1:34am On Feb 27, 2013
yuzedo: Both your threads show undisguised intelligence and depth. I'm impressed by your display of common and uncommon sense. Cheers! smiley

P.s. It is a Won't Cure situation. Big Pharmaceuticals are the real anti-christ, profiteering off people's pains. Those people are unscrupulous.. Siphoning money under the aegis of "research". Research for what? And invent different diseases so as to market vaccines and cures.

Wonder why the two biggest drug manufacturers have a market cap ten times the size of the remaining eight biggest companies in the top 10. There is a great conspiracy we aren't to i tellya. We can only speculate and pray.
We live in a damn scary world!! Thanks for the nice words, your a deep thinker too, and its so refreshing when I see people that look beyond the surface cool

Please I need to add one question; on which 'day' of creation was hell as a place created? Or was it created after God completed his creationshuh
Christianity EtcRe: Female Taliban Suicide Bomber Hates The Idea Of Virgins In Heaven by Unluvable(f): 3:55pm On Feb 22, 2013
Pastor Kun: This is a sad but true story; realities of our time and not meant to be comic relief.
Its sad to a comic state. I can't help but laugh at the ridicule people subject themselves to all in the name of adhering to religious doctrines....who stole her damn brains!!!

Christianity EtcRe: What Do You Stand To Gain For Being An Atheist? by Unluvable(f): 11:09am On Feb 19, 2013
Sagamite: Trust me, the genocide and homicide that would have been carried out in other names if we had no religion would have been worse.

Religion is good and helps. It helps forcify the conscience in the world full of fucktards as we have them in abundance. It will help until that society can build a modern means of self-development, communication and knowledge to formulate an emotive culture. Religion is the strongest, fastest and most efficient tool for developing this emotive culture.

Appreciate religion! It helps us control FUCKTARDS!
Am not advocating against religion, its has benefits, but I don't subscribe to the idea that it contributes in creating a less havoc society. Sweden is an example where more than 80% of the inhabitants are non-religious. they are living life normally. Am of the opinion that crime and wicked acts is not dependent on being religious or not! That said, humans have what they hold on to and cherish, that which makes them feel complete, if anyone's own is religion, its all good
Christianity EtcRe: What Do You Stand To Gain For Being An Atheist? by Unluvable(f): 10:09am On Feb 19, 2013
gmolen: I am a Christian not because i simply want to gain heaven at the end, but because being a true Christian (i.e., living like Christ and not just by being a member of a church) is the best life to live. As a true Christian, u learn not to be anxious about anything, ur are at peace with ur self and with others, u re contented with wht u re have, u live a humble and quiet life, u shun a manner of wickedness most people are involved in with its asociated negative consequencies. etc. Infact, u live life to the fullest and enjoy internal peace and joy most people lack. Any act of worship a true Christian renders to God be it prayer, fasting, tithe/offering etc are done voluntarily in response to God's love. So, even if there was no heaven, i would stil choose to be a Christian because by so doing, i have nothing to loose, but everything to gain in living a better life here on earth.
This make sense, people of different religious background can adopt this mind set for peaceful co-existence. If at the end of it all there's a trophy fine, if not, its all good.
Christianity EtcRe: What Do You Stand To Gain For Being An Atheist? by Unluvable(f): 9:56am On Feb 19, 2013
Miss Ope: u need to understand that humans are greedy,,covetous and envious in nature.... If there's nothing to cushion dat effect then even this world dat u choose to enjoy will not be a place u can leave in....The govt of ur country have laws and orders...if there were no laws...then am sure... U probably may av been killed by ur sister...thereby depriving u of enjoyin d life u want.....how will our God not av rules and regulations...when a mere mortal man has rules guiding him
So in effect religion was created to control humans and kEep sanity in the society. If so, it has failed! Do you known the statistics of genocide and homicide carried out in the name of religionhuh Even paul admitted that those without law have their conscience as their inborn law system!! RELIGIOUS and NON-RELIGIOUS people commit havoc in the society! The issue of gain and loss in religion contradicts free will. If humans were actually free from the fear of damnation or hope of blissful life and worship base on conscience, then the term 'FREEWILL' will be meaningful
Christianity EtcRe: What Do You Stand To Gain For Being An Atheist? by Unluvable(f): 10:04pm On Feb 18, 2013
So if there were no promised benefits in religion, humans would have discarded it long ago. People don't really care about God, they are in it for the gain. Strictly business!!, that's just sad angry

A clear case of how religion makes people gullible..
Is it that one needs a particular low level of IQ to be religious?

Christianity EtcRe: Did Cain Have A Wife And Children? by Unluvable(f): 8:19pm On Jan 20, 2013
topsy1971: I believe God created other people after creating Adam and Eve. The Bible probably focussed on Adam's family since the lessons and history to be learnt relates more to them. Cain must have married from the other people created by God after Adam and Eve.
How possible is that? When the bible says we all die due to inherited sin from Adam, meaning all humans came from Adam. If God created other humans directly, the way he created adam, then they should be a race existing today that are perfect and don't have Adamic sin and are capable of leaving forever. Do you know of suchhuh
TV/MoviesRe: Only In Nigerian Movies Will You See These.. by Unluvable(f): 3:31pm On Jan 20, 2013
Omotala being depicted as a primitive woman suffering in the village and have to do serious farm work to survive, only for you to sight her fingernails fixed with long fake plastic nails and painted crimson red while she's doing farm work...
Aki & paw-paw acting as kids and as matured people in different movies, can they just stick to one, don't want my little cousin thinking its okay to hump on top of a woman cause his age mate did so in a movie grin grin
CultureRe: A Case Of 'rat Chasing Cat' by Unluvable(f): 10:10am On Jan 20, 2013
I'll like to see this picture as an illustration with a metaphorical meaning. Whatever condition a person is, there's something he/she can impact to a fellow human. An impaired person can impact wisdom and knowledge, can even live an exemplary life worth emulating. Disability does not make someone useless to the society but refusing to use your mind could make even a complete person with all the needed body parts helpless.
Also giving from the heart is not restricted to when you have excess. A kind hearted person could assist others in need from the little they have even if the person in question appear to be better than them outwardly.
The last is that the rich takes from the disadvantaged people in the society and amass wealth for themselves.
LiteratureRe: What's Your Favorite Novel Of All Time? by Unluvable(f): 11:12pm On Jan 19, 2013
edreesabiodun: I haven't read that book but Tom Clancy is as good an author as they come. Try reading Threat Vector and thank me later.
Am not saying he's not a good author, I don't just enjoy his style of writing. There are some novelist that are quite technical but they make it interesting. I'll try your suggestion though, but be ready to face my wrath if history repeats itself wink
LiteratureRe: What's Your Favorite Novel Of All Time? by Unluvable(f): 7:27pm On Jan 19, 2013
sigmundfreud: Now, I dont see anybody mentioning Tom Clancy. Mayb I missed the posts. Tom Clancy's book educate! There was one he spent like a page and half describing a bomb about to detonate, plenty scientific jargon! Who's read the Hunt for the Red October?
Thats why i dont really fancy him...too many things i dont need. The guy go describe submarine and jet fighter so tay...u go find them beside u!
My friend made me buy 'red rabbit' by tom clancy, it was boring, more like a was reading a textbook angry, I guess what the say about first impression is true...didn't try another one.
