Are yahoo boys good role models ? No
Whether its coming from hush puppi or Magu doesn't matter ..
Our problem in Nigeria is that we always attack the speaker instead of looking into the truth embedded in the speech ....
So would you make Yahoo boys your role models cos dieziani is also a thief ??
Sometimes it's hard to look past the speaker and listen to the truth they're speaking especially when this truth is in stack contrast to their own lifestyle.

Yes yahoo boys are terrible choices to be seen as role models by anyone, but she's not any better and also quite a terrible role model herself.

Good message, wrong person to preach it.

Bro, as for the black egyptian hypothesis, evidence is more on the side of them being black. For instance, Herodotus and a lot of other Greeks historians described the Egyptians as black with Wooly hair. You can easily find this on the Wikipedia page for the Black Egyptian Hypothesis here:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_Egyptian_hypothesis#Greek_historians

Aside from the Egyptians, another Grand African empire that is undeniable was Axum (A pre-cursor of Ethiopia). It was widely regarded as one of the four great powers of its time. It even conquered the Hejaz (part of Arabia). The other great powers that were contemporaries of Axum were Persia, Rome and China. You can check this out here; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kingdom_of_Aksum#cite_note-britishmuseum.org-2

Also, the great West African Kingdoms of Benin, Oyo, and the Sokoto Caliphates were quite awesome in their own rights. For instance, the Walls of the Ancient City of Benin, is the largest man-made structure in the world, even larger than the great wall of China.
Source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Walls_of_Benin#cite_note-African_Queen-10

Also note that when the Dutch visited Ancient Benin in the 16th Century, they marvelled at the organisation of the city, and commented that it was quite an Urban city comparable to the cities of Europe, Amsterdam in particular (This was at a time when the Dutch were the pre-eminent European power). Source https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kingdom_of_Benin#cite_note-32

Another great African feat is the Zulu Kingdom. If we take scale into consideration, the rate of Shaka Zulu's conquest is quite comparable to the rate of conquest of Alexander the great. This is because Shaka Zulu started with a much smaller base than Alexander the great, and conquered at the same rate. My source for this is the book: How Europe Underdeveloped Africa.

You should also note that the Zulu kingdom, years after Shaka's death, and in a weakened state, was the only African kingdom to defeat the british in battle. This occurred in the battle of Isandhwalhna.

So, in essence, it's not that we never had great civilisations, it's that we don't know much about our history and heritage. Although currently, we should be ashamed of ourselves, but that is not to say that we didn't do great things in the past.

I recommend you read the General History of Africa Series. It's freely available online. You should also check out Walter Rodney's How Europe Underdeveloped Africa.
Good one.

I cringed reading the OP's dogshit argument on how blacks have no civilization.

Such well written piece of undiluted ignorance.

Tell your wife someone on Nairaland says she's funny.

I admire your patience, but I don't think she's making it easy for you either.

I'm pretty sure that those of them who are upset about having black ancestry would have preferred if the study revealed it was aliens with superpowers who first settled in Sweden. Perhaps intermixing with a resident neanderthal population is what made Swedes assume human form with no superpowers.

But if he already knows she was not a virgin before they met and still getting offended, then he might have to check himself.

Even with that, some things are better left unsaid...

Deal with the thinking of her getting laid but hearing it from an ex sounds somehow
I get you but the bold is mostly because a lot of people (women especially) don't like being confronted with a truthful reality.

Yes it was tacky of the guy to type such a thing, he may have had an ulterior motive but it was a hard miss - that is not shot on target at all, and I'm saying this while putting myself in the shoes of her husband-to-be.

How is the ex trying to ruin the marriage?

By saying the woman is good in 'cowgirl' and wishing it was him marrying her?
Lol, good question. That kind of information is not enough to ruin a marriage.

A man who did not meet his fiancée a virgin must already know she has been fvcking before na, different styles most likely. It would be quite silly to assume otherwise and then get mad just because someone mentioned how much of a good lay she was.

I'll probably be like duh, say something new, something like she has killed someone before.

Happy is not the word really, men simply don't take offence.

But Nigerian women? They like to fvck but don't want anyone to know that they fvck. cheesy

I wonder what was so wrong in an ex telling her how much she was a good fvck and how he misses her. Lol

Unless she lied to her fiancé that she's a virgin, then we have a problem. CODE RED! grin

There's a possibility that Hamas are also storing weapons shipments from Iran in that warehouse or building close-by. I'm sure you know what Netanyahu is capable of. If the above assumption is not true, then consider electrical wirings, terrorism and sabotage by disgruntled port officials.
There is something curious about it all, definitely not an accidental fire.

Due to some challenges, i and my wife are staying in one room self con and her 30 year old sister has been staying with us for some months now, my wife is older than her by three years.Making love has been challenging since then even though the sister puts bed on the floor and sleep, most time when we assume she is asleep and engage in the act,i will later observe that she is not sleeping, though she will maintain as if she is sleeping and this is constituting an uneasy environment. In fact most time she knows when we are doing it. We are very uncomfortable over the act and she is not moving out from the house soonest.Though she is an adult that such may not sound strange to her,but indirectly seeing or hearing the sound on when i am performing duty on her elder sister makes us feel uncomfortable especially when we see one another in the morning after the act.

Please whats the right way to manage this situation. Advise please.

Be honest with yourself. If it was Sri Lanka or Niger that was doing half of what Iran and North Korea is doing, do you think USA would not have invaded them?

We must not also forget they have a knack for always arriving late for wars after most of the serious fighting/mass casualty phase is done.
