If you don't know anything about Akwa ibom just keep shut!
Oruk anam alone is like double the population of Essien Udim and it is not yet among the most populous in the state
How much do you know Akwa Ibom?
Stop using insults when making your point. There is a clear difference between registered voters population and just plain residents with no voters card.
Essien Udim people for the love of their sons and daughters who may be contesting, troupe out in their numbers for proper voters registration.
They were so enlighten of the need of the process, and free busses were provided to convey people to and from the voters registration centers.
I speak with authority because I made an integral part of the process - voters education.
Tell me any L. G. A in Akwa Ibom State that were that mobilized, supported and encourage during registration.
N/B I am neither pdp nor apc, I stand for the will of the people and true democracy.

So you will wait for your husband to first treat you right? Don't you know if a woman treats her husband with respect, love, submission, prayer and all, the husband in return will reciprocate naturally by treating her right? Don't pass the buck, both gender should be involved.

but were they able to serve in the last two years? If yes... They didn't need to do it in the first place... The people that needs to do cannot escape it...(meaning they can't go for NYSC)
So this whole Jamb regularisation stuff is all about going to NYSC at the end of the program?
That means, basically those with HND and b.sc wouldn't need it since they had already served.
Information gotten from present direct entry students in my preferred school is, they had not done regularisation.
my point is some people do escaped it.

this other diploma of a thing my issue on it is.... there is option for OND and yet you decide to put in other diploma... and yet you insert your matric number... when the DE form comes out from your preferred school hope that won't create issues
I don't think that can create any issue, since your ND or HND results as the case may be are there for sighting

Good to know you attended Akwapoly. That's where I did my ND.

Like you, I'm also skeptical about the school taking this serious but to be sure the receipt you saw is truly what it is and the school played their own part, you'll have to check your admission status online. You can do so by clicking on the link someone dropped here.

Btw, their Uyo office is located at Atiku Abubakar road, close to the state secretariat.

And lastly, don't panic! Do the necessary things before your desired school starts registration and your admission is secured.
Thanks so very much. I am grateful

I'm sorry this is coming late "as usual".

The deadline Jamb gave before it was postponed as of last year was part of the reasons I didn't proceed with it.

I had gone to their PH office to get it done only for the guy to refer me to their Uyo office since it's closer to where I did my ND.

Since I was on IT then, I decided to inform my former boss, so he could at least permit me to travel. But he wouldn't take that from me. It was as bad as that. So, I had to let go.

About it being very tedious? Well, I can't say since I didn't proceed with it.

When to start? The appropriate time to start is now, please. So, when the application list is out, you won't get to over~work yourself.

What to avoid? Please, avoid any form of mistake when filling the form. Ensure your details tally.

N/B: After applying for it, you'll also need to contact your institution to do what they are supposed to do.

And in all, you'll have to spend at least #10,500-#12,500
Thanks for the detailed analysis. Please where did you do your ND? Where is their Uyo office located? I have to get to their office asap.
However, I have just confirmed from my former school colleague that we had paid for the jamb number, that was later issued to us as our matric number. I have seen one receipt of that nature in my files. My former school is AKWAPOLY. But I don't want to take chances, since this schools can sometimes be funny, collecting money for a particular sub-head, but later used them for their personal aggrandizement. I wish to know if you had paid for one 'jamb fee' like that in your former school.
Again, you made mentioned of an application list, please will it be coming from, jamb or my school of choice.
I am still making more enquiry from all angles, hope God will help me to be successful at the end.
thanks once again.

I'm sorry this is coming late.

The academic calender of those schools you mentioned are annoying.

But then, since you're working, what's the distance from your place of work to any of those schools and your home?

I got DE form early last year BUT due to JAMB regularisation issue, I had to let it go.

I later applied for HND in two different schools and as fate may have it, both schools gave me admission.

Not limiting my chance, I'll still apply for DE after my HND.
Apologies for bothering you. You said you got a DE form last year but later abandoned it because of jamb regularisation issue, please what was the problem(s)?. is it a very tideous process? when should I start pursuing my jamb regularisation this year? should it be before or after the jamb admission list is out?

I am working in Akwa Ibom State . preferably I will consider Aksu for an admission. Though UNIUYO has a close proximity from my place of residence, I think their DE admission is usually much tougher. my first choice is aksu followed by CRUTEC. please what is really about this jamb regularisation? Can u throw more light for me? I just bought jamb DE form some two days ago, and never heard of it.
However, if I were in your shoe, I will consider DE admission at once, it will serve you the stress of having to go back for a degree later. Mind you I am currently using my HND certificate looking for a DE admission now. I wouldn't want you to pass through what we are currently facing as HND graduates.
I will appreciate more succinct answers from the questions raised previously. thank you

How did President Buhari came to power. Hmm Nigerians are really the problem of Nigeria. post like this makes me think if we still have patriotic Nigerians. It's not about PMB or Atiku, but it's about an electoral system that we can put our faith on. its about our future, our children and our generation yet unborn. it's about our democratic gains that was well instituted and handed down by former president Jonathan. An improvement from the little gains of 2015 elections will be our collective advantage. I am neither zombies nor wailer as you fondly address each other here.

What is the spirit of the dead? I have carefully read all the comments and shook my head in disappointment. Religion has failed people for not telling them the true condition of the dead. That's the op's problem. Knowing the condition of his late FREIND will spare him the anxiety.
I lost my beloved dad well over a decade now, but still seeing 'him' in my dreams, doing those basics things we love doing together. It's imaginary. it's the work the brain. That's how our brains was built to function. my dad was dead and gone. The dead has no spirit. Ecclesiastes 9:5,10 clearly help me not to be bothered about the whereabouts of the dead. they can't even help themselves talk less of harming us.
That is why Jesus says 'when you know the truth, the truth will set us free'
Millions of people all over the world are being free from the morbid fear of the dead.

I've been having a similar experience about a school colleague who passed away late last year. I'm not bothered by it though. I'm only sad about his early death. Might be because of my perception of death.

I don't subscribe to dreading the memories of loved ones once they die. I see death as a debt we all must pay. We are all under a death sentence, only some have to die before others. In the end it makes no difference who died first. Memento Mori.
