Are we any better than them?
Most of them were taken away from their parent, when they knew nothing about life, trained and taught to fight and Kill.
They may had been told that it was for a just course, and that they were doing the right thing.
Do you know that if you teach a child something wrong for a long time, it could stay for as long as possible?

What if they had tried to escape that life, ad could not?
What if they had questioned their actions and were threatened?
What if they were forced to do something they couldn't have done?

Now.. this ones have finally gotten the chance for a better life, and we still doubt their Repentance.
Everyone reading this, God truly forgive sins. You may had done a lot of terrible things in time past, God can still Forgive.

It's not in our place to decide who sincerely repented and who didn't. According to them, they won't go back to Boko Haram.

The very reason he should relocate. No one owes him and he owes no one. He's made his mistake(s), paid for the consequences of his actions, it is time to define himself.

He doesn't need to know anyone to relocate. He could start all over from being a conductor in a city like Lagos, safe up and move out even build a career from it by upgrading to a driver afterwards.

Since he is remorse of his action and he has served his time, he should move on. Once he is out, he should stay his life afresh legally. He could learn a trade and then relocate to a new state to start his life afresh. As regards visiting the family he offended, I do not think that is necessary.
