The company is Travellex. They only provide forex as PTA. For those travelling out. You must have ur boarding pass printed out by the airline at the airport. You valid visa, bvn ... use google to find their contact no and call them

Abnot Travellex at MMA sells dollar at official rate. You have to present ur boarding pass printed by the airline, ur visa. You can call them to get more information as the rule keeps changing.

You can go to the place u submitted your application. Normally your passport will be ready for collection within 5 days after you have gotten the mail that a decision has been taken.

Awumen, The letter of introduction from your office should state that your leave for (When you want yo travel is approved .......) is approved , no need to include the negotiation agreements, though you can put that in other information part of your visa application.

I would want to ask, for your previous Visa applications, the letter you got from your place of employment what did they write.

Why i mentioned the issue is i know,it is rare to be entitled to leave,when you have just worked under 6 months for a company,So all you need to do is give reason why you are going on leave just after joining a company

Your letter of employment is very important and letter of introduction from your new employer,those 2 should be easy to get. Also you know your 6 months payslip,4 from your current employer and 2 from the previous one

Hi, If you want to include resignation letter and co , you can, but what is more important is your offer letter from the new company, letter of introduction from the new company stating that you are their staff and that you are approved to go on leave at the time you said you would travel.Though flags will be raised on how you are already entitled to annual leave when you have not worked up to 6 months.

If i may ask, do u have an expired visa or have you been to the UK, before now,cos your questions seems to that of a first timer.I hope you know for u to apply for 5 years Visa, you must have been issued and u have used a 6 months and probably 2 years visa.

They are not likely to ask you why u did not travel as stated in your application.The reason you gave above is enough. They will be more concerned with what you are coming to do and that you have a return ticket which date is before the visa expires.. Basically u will be asked what are u in UK, for, where u will be staying and how long u intend to stay.

Yes you can apply for renewal even while your current visa is still running. You do not have to wait for it to expire before you do.

They have to refund you the previous payment or use it for your next payment, you can't be charged twice for the same service.

Only for me to get a cancellation email some minutes later, that i should book another appointment.

Now my question is this. It is less than 5 days to the date i had earlier appointment.If i reschedle i will have to pay another 18k.

No reason was given for the cancellation

Thank you for the feedback. just to be clear . what about the bold. Because they were saying that if i change my appointment, i will have to check for a non paying centre, only when a non paying centre is not available that is when i can apply for refund

Hello jp first registrars has an office in port harcourt and Enugu.try and go to their office to effect this ,probably your broker has not sent it to them.

Try and find out if you can send it to them thru any first bank close to you

All stocks do not move at the same time; timing matters! Being able to buy near valleys and selling near peaks is what am looking at. I don't need the money in January so, I can keep turning the funds there indefinitely if opportunities keep presenting themselves.

There are many investment styles, and none is superior to the other; it is just subjective. I have sub-zero idea about TB BTW .

Normally you are supposed to submit your e-dividend form to the rgistrar.The e-dividend form should be endorsed by your bank confirming your signature.

These other information Union Registrar are asking you for e.g CSCS statemnt is strange.Are you sure the stock in question has not been sold.,because they should have a record of all the stocks you own that they have in their records.

Did you go to their office or you sent the form by proxy?

What happened was that u did not place a price limit on your mandate.I suggest next time u give ur broker a mandate,put a price limit or tell them the price you want it to be bought.

You can go to your registrars office and submit the same form ,you can as well post it.Which part of nigeria are u? Most of the registrars have office outside lagos too

My advise deal with institutions not individuals.You can go to any of their offices close to you ,know the people that work there,from the managers down,before you go online

Summit fincance company has an office at Onitsha and PH,as well as lagos and abauja.I believe Onistha is close enough to your Nnewi.You can open an account with them with any amount of money.The money will be used to purchase shares for you,no charge for account opening.

Though you cannot track you portfolio with them,but you can track it though CSCS

1.You need to open a stockbroking account with a reputable firm
2.Pay in money to the account, then issue mandate for them to purchase on your behalf
3.Join discussion forums like this and SMN to follow trends on the NSE, and also to learn about investing in nigeria

Hi the shares did u get them through ipo, or on thr flour of the exchange?if ipo u should av the certificates , if on the floor then u av to find the registra for the stock and confirm if ur name is listed as one of the shareholders .The registrar is csl stockhloders .

The registrar will tell u if u av outstsnding dividend.u can follow up from there.

Do share ur experience, after uv done the above
