Basher8583:Wikipedia page no hard to write . Write your oyigbo massacre page and with time, it will be filled in by others with correct details. |
Merimental:Did you write your profile seriously? Right here on this forum, Nigerians with Nigerian education are getting jobs in that same LinkedIn and you are here condeming yourself. |
BornToSucced:Overseas, students take Industrial Training seriously. Whatever they did in their IT is their work experience that they later put in their CV In Nigeria, students joke about with their IT. They don't bother to learn anything Later, after graduation, when they start writing their CV, they complain that they don't have any work experience. Their foreign counterparts with same education will get his job and move. |
Sixfeetbelle:Then do what you must. In Nigeria when, you write CV and apply, your CV is normally placed amongst a pool of other local Nigerian CVs. It is possible that all of you will write same, way, use same paper, write same English. So whoever will pick your CV will also have seen all the other CVs first and yours isn't looking too different. But LinkedIn is an "international" CV market. And everybody is selling themselves with their best gear. They will write heaven and earth on their CV and put every possible experience they have to impress Bill Gates or Jeff Bezzos if possible. As a Nigerian, better learn to write your CV with international standard if you want to be better seen on LinkedIn. ...not all this name, age, sex... CV |
Haywhyluv:LinkedIn is your CV. Your experience. |
Juliusmomoh:Should we say this is evidence that the nation can progress without Education? People suffer to get educated and the next thing, they run away from the nation with their knowledge. Educated people don't seem to make any impact in this country. The president He ain't even educated, yet he's the president, VOTED TWICE by the people (2015, 2019). |
LikeAking:Well that's the curse of human civilization. In early 19th century England, there were the Luddites who basically said exactly what you are saying now. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Luddite Because of automation of the textile industry, they lost their jobs. So they kukuma destroyed the machines. But the machines were repaired and people lost jobs or had to invent new jobs for themselves. This matter is never ending till the end of this world. |
Dididrumz:Because we all abandoned farming and ran to the city, and be banging each other's head to collect palliatives. |
majamajic:Let's just understand that MEAT is a problem for us here in Nigeria. Rearing the animals, processing the meat, storage of the meat, distribution and sales. Hence meat is just expensive and sellers will use ponmo wherever they can to cover costs. I mean, people here happily kill and eat snakes and other wild animals. It is total opposite in developed nations. That's why they are usually all FAT, and struggling inside GYM to slim down. |
Octopusssy:A professional camera was used to take this shot. The other one was taken with a nonsense wide angle, phone camera with phone flash. So that adds a substantial amount of ugliness to the image. |
specialmati:Ajah is a place of criminals. Both the police and area boys are ONE. Whatever money was stolen there is shared with same criminal police. |
Kcitytv:The time the lion was free, it was eating anyhow e likes O. Now, human beings captured it and are complaining about feeding the lion. They should allow the animal go its way. |
BigBabyJesus:Just na-na, una two done start to curse yourself? Shame
|
SegFault:Just na-na, una two done start to curse yourself? Shame

rafcrown:That's the cheap solution, just like Buhari's solution. How? When the youth are plenty all over the place and you have no plan for them, just kill them or lock them up till they die and disappear. That's exactly what you have stated above. Whereas, the solution is jobs! And a hope for the a better future. Society has failed them. |
Mayng01:This is the result of not being able to see a future. Not having any hope in a better tomorrow. They have given up planning and hoping ..and have chosen to pleasure themselves now, today They need counseling, and to be put into a positive workshop, where they earn money by acquiring a skill to produce something of value. Insulting them is not the way. |
CDavidd:No. If you f***up, the international community will just ban you from everything, and reject trading with you. No football, no Olympics, no importation, no exchange rate, no plane flights, no embassy, no visas.. |
GamalNasser:What is this? Somebody cannot talk again in this country? One American guy was kidnapped by boko boys and US sent 10 navy seals to come and rescue only that one guy. Then we are here hated vigorously by our president and you don't want us to ordinary open mouth and talk again? |
VULCAN:Na there, Nigeria's go forget the meaning of compensation. Fear-fear don start. Everyone quiet about that issue. |
Davash222:That's how we used to do in Nigeria. Once government slap you small, you will run and forget about all the protest. . Old woman, Fela's mother, fought Nigeria government, even when they came and threw her downstairs from their house in yaba. |
juvewalex:Most times extra cost is due to expenses in transportation. Roads are bad. Vehicle summersult up and down along the way. Such don't happen in foreign nations, that FIRST repair the roads, then use NEW road worthy trailers to carry the load. Or better still, use rail lines to carry it and leave the roads for lighter cars. |
Chapter1vs6:Because we lack manufacturing capability to produce the right gadgets for the right jobs. This is the required gadget for transporting horses.
|
Royalfurnitures:Ha? Do you know how engines are measured? In HORSE POWER. The horse is only just ONE, ONE horse power The Keke has anything from 6 to 10 Horse power Surprising right? That's why the auto industry expanded and we left horses behind. That noisy thing they use to grind pepper in the market is powered by a 6.5 Horse Power Engine - an absolute WASTE of power. You can't ever see that shit in foreign countries. |
peppermint7:The horse is weak/sick due lo malnourishment.. I don't think Nigeria is the natural habitat of horses. Their food is not here. Hence they don't do well. |
Tinyemeka:This is how to transport horse. If somebody cannot buy all the gadgets required for taking care of horses, then what are you doing with the horse in the first place? Except just posing with it like an idiot. Nigerians like to pose with what that they cannot afford.
|
uptimum123:Well, sorry we are not in a dictatorship. Protest is part of democracy. |
uptimum123:They will repair toll gate and start charging N1000 per car. Make sure you never protest O. ![]() |
CamusMidas:Those who don't learn from the past will keep on repeating. - This is why history is a subject. |
Brushstrokes20:King that governor can send message? Do you know the meaning of the word "King"? |
Nik77:Stop calling people fool. Stop it. Nobody listens to you after you curse them. |
Just look at the amount of agbada material in this picture. No social distancing at all. All the Corona Virus will just be dancing all over their cloth. Tomorrow they will say it's youth that gave them Corona. King that don't have Kingdom. Only cloth.
