Dubai is a cashless society I don't think its possible to ask for cash at point of entry. Though I travelled to Dubai last month and have never show cash anywhere in the world at airport even in Nigeria during departures. My cash is in my debit/ credit card. That's my reply as always. Though its advisable to always have cash In dollars while travelling for emergency purposes and not to show immigration.

Studio apartment in first central hotel, kitchen is an integral part of a room. Each room has a kitchen. Pots and cooking utensils are all provided as well as washing machines in the room.

First central hotel, Tecom Barsha heights. They have studio rooms with kitchens. You can check it up on booking.com. their rooms are usually cheap depending on your budget. And the hotel is close to metro station. That's if you are going for hotel apartments. Most hotels with studio accommodation have kitchens attached.

I believe you have contact person in Dubai to help you around. There are cheaper and decent hotels of less than 200AED around Al barsha by mall of Emirates. You need a metro card to transit with the metro line which is a very efficient and cheap means of transportation. Getting the card is easy and simple though one with Emirates residence card can purchase for you. With metro you don't need to worry about transport fare. It helps for medium income earners. There are also taxis � which are efficient but your pocket will feel it.

You guys should stop this unquantifiable news. So all passengers lifted from Nigeria by Emirates Airline will be stranded at the Airport or why is Emirates still coming to Nigeria If no one will be allowed from naija?. I arrived Dubai on 28th from naija, couldn't enter through smart gate and had to submit my passport for normal routine immigration check which lasted for less than 2 minutes and was allowed into Dubai. No question no delays. Stop sharing panic information. Any one with legit visa will be allowed in as per immigration procedure. Just confirm that your visa conform to the rule.

Have close friend doing menial job and earns 11k as a graduate in 2008 while his wife to be was earning more in banking sector. Relationship between both was great and marriage planned without the lady complaining of my friends earnings. My dear today, the guy owns lots of properties and living large working with multinational company abroad. Both are still happily married and wife no longer working. Foundation of Relationship shouldn't be built on a man's earnings or monetary terms.

620k is not really a great salary though. Less than 1000k dollars. Uber drivers earn more in UK and even in UAE . I believe with a determined, optimistic mindset and a good Msc degree honourably acquired, You can land a better job In UK. I will advise you go for Msc. As far as the Msc is in a respectable in-demand field.
