While there are no impossibilities in politics and permanent interest over permanent enemies, I still dont see Wike leaving PDP. The guy is too smart to make such move.

Wike cant stay in the same party with Amechi, not to talk of him kowtowing to Amechi who is the APC party leader in Rivers state. His moving to APC would infact, be counter productive for the APC in Rivers.

If you are a prospective TUM/LMU student or you are moving to the Munich area, NSIG Munich is organising a buddy programme. The aim is to pick up new arrivals from the airport or and accomodate people for a few days to weeks or for as long as your host might agree to.
This offer is only open to those who have their visas already.

Nonsense... This girl is so full of herself. Simi is by far better than her. Just a few hit songs and she thinks she's the female artiste incharge.

Travel / Re: How Young Nigerians Are Investing To Leave The Country by Uzee24: 6:43pm On Sep 06, 2019
For me, travelling outside Nigeria is not just about finding where the pasture is green or amassing wealth. I mean, most of we Nigerians do understand and appreciate the fact that money does not grow on trees overseas.

What most of us need is an environment where things work. Where U are rewarded for your hard work and where your hardwork pays. I dont expect things to be easy for me in America, or Canada or Germany. If things were not easy for me in my so-called fatherland then why expect it somewhere else.

The truth about these countries most of us run to or plan to run to, is that you have the opportunity to thrive. Today, the Nigerian system has a keep them down syndrome. If dont know somebody somewhere, then you may not be able to have that career breakthrough you have always dreamt of, or land that job you have acquired a qualification for.

Try to establish your own business and see the government and their touts come at you with various rents, rates and taxes to be paid. Yet at the end of the day, there is nothing to show for paying those monies.

My opinion will always be, if you have the opportunity to leave, leave!

How many states use IVM? Is IVM serious about marketing? When was the last time you see their ads? How many of their showrooms are across the 36 states in Nigeria? Do they have service centers etc etc? While we try to encourage ourselves, let's not be economical with the truth.

You that you are saying IVM, do you have one? Charity they said, starts from home

Crappy response. The government is not under any obligation to buy from IVM however, saying IVM not having showrooms all over the country is the reason why they were not patronized does not make sense. There is really nobody in government today in Nigeria that would claim not to have heard of IVM. Did IVM have their showrooms all over the country before FRSC patronized them? Or did the company have to emback on any special campaign or adverts before the Nigerian Army bought some of her partol trucks from them?

Heck! U and I dont even know if bids were presented and that of IVM did not make it through.

Is it not possible to make the transfer using the access bank mobile app??

I see there's a provision for that....
Who has tried it before?

I would rather you ask your bank. Also saw that in my bank's mobile app but with this international transfers and their plenty protocol, one cannot be too careful. So i opted to do mine over the counter, make the bank handle am themselves.

PeSt007:
Access bank charges:

1. 0.5% of whatever amount you transfer..in your own case, €52.13

2. €20 - Offshore charge

3. €20 - swift**

4. 5% of 1 - 3 above - 5% of €(52.13+20+20) = €4.61

Your total charge was €96.74..so €96.74×bank exchange rate for that day..

**I was later charged €13..i transferred €8829

So if you calculate everything and it is more than the 28k you were charged, now you have an idea of where your €30 went to grin

Damn! All these banks are just rip offs. Why the 5% of all the initial charges again? And yet their xchange rate is still higher than the parallel market.

Interview completed and it all went well.
Thanks to everybody on this forum and special thanks to Pest007 for coming to my rescue last night. God bless you broda.

Transcript was nothing out of the usual. Same regular questions.
Why this course
Why Germany
Why not Nigeria , canada or the US
Undergraduate thesis
What do you know about Germany, etc.

From my appraisal of the whole process, all you need is to be confident. Prepare well with all the points and info you have here, do some extra research just to spice things up and you are ok, not even Paulinus will be an issue.

God bless Us all in our pursuit for a better future.

Of course. U pay charges on each transaction. Tellex, VAT, transfer charge, which is usually a percentage of the amount you are transfering. And some others i cant remember.

wow, tgey didn’t tell u to top up. I haven’t funded mine yet but the amount is going to be about 10, 425. That’s y I was asking because I heard the maximum is 10000 Europe

Maximum one time deposit is $10,000 or its equivalent. This means anybody blocking the new amount can only deposit like €9000 per day which is the equivalent of $10,000. Anything above this per day, could make them flag your account and this may cause you unnecessary delay.

Congratulations on your AM. Now you have gotten your AM, hope you will be willing to help several others who have issues with their applications, more especially with rejection of visa application just as others did for you, or will this be the last we are going to see you here.

Don't mind my questioning, this has been a reoccurring decimal here, as a good number of peeps break the bridge they used to cross over. I am very serious about this, so I want you to tell everyone available here if you will or not, can we hold you by your words.

Nice challenge, but i would rather he gives details of the rejection and how he was able to remedy the situation. At least that will be archived here just like every other information being shared by members of this forum and with ease of access.
