They won't give you meter in this age of technology they rather prefer estimated bill. How can you be estimating a bill for a consumption that is measurable?

I needed a CGPA of 5.02 in my 500level to get a first class which was impossible
I actually started poorly because during my early years I was sick during 2 of my exams and I had to struggle to write them which seriously affected my grades with some COs.
