babasolution:Those were the fathers of the giants. Bible recorded that they have been completely destroyed. |
helinues:Please, keep quiet as Tinubu has ordered.
|
OP, Nigerians prefer to remain in darkness, so long they have a white elephant 🐘 projects. The Kano-Maradi rail generates zilch revenue, please keep quiet because some people want to campaign with it in 2027. |
CountinBlessins:Haba, all these grammar just to annihilate op? Please, leave him. Empty heads make unnecessary noise, while intellectually advanced beings just pitifully look at them raving.
|
Op, learn to respect your host, otherwise Igbos will institute Indefenous Tax on the current visitors in Ife. |

The ex-legislators are now APC members. Even Tinubu told the Rivers elders that he cannot deny those who have "willingly" joined APC. By the reason of their defection, they lost their seats. As it stands now Fubara has stopped funding their stupidity. So they are now like BATs, not a land or air animal. ![]() |
Op, APC did not, never defeated PDP. It was GEJ that buckled. Results from Kano, Borno, Katsina and all of NE were bloated by over 4 million votes. If GEJ was a strong headed president, Buhari would never have been and perhaps yhe country would still be okay. |
IDF on point. Egypt has tacitly been supporting Hamas. |
Ofunaofu:For selling her birthright for a pot of porridge |
opamoses1:APC is a fraud and Obi has no business with fraudsters. |
Buccalcavity2:Sorry, you are the ignorant one here. Please, follow the link below to see How Statues Are Falling Around the World https://www.nytimes.com/2020/06/24/us/confederate-statues-photos.html If statues and memorials that have stood for more than a century were brought down, what is 34 years? |
Good, all those "selected" by SIECs should also relinquish their offices. |
helinues:Begging the issue as always. Be focus, life is about focus. AnambraPikinSel:Irrelevant, distraction and diversionary. Read and be free of mental slavery and ethnic chauvinism. Does he even underderstand? |
According to Alfred Nobel (1833 - 1896) last will and testament, his fortune should be used to create a series of prizes for those who confer the "greatest benefit on mankind" "Cultism in Nigeria began as far back as 1952. It started out as fraternities, and they were confined within universities campuses with the motive of maintaining law and order on campuses. ... The Pyrates Confraternity was started by seven students among which was the popular Nigerian Nobel Laurette, Wole Soyinka. Following from above and based on historical facts, Professor Wole Soyinka formed the Pyrates Confaternity. A student cult group from whence the following campus cults like the , Aiye, Aye, Buckaneers, etc came to be. Today, the list is uncountable. In our campuses, even now in some secondary schools, and even in open streets, cultists rein with deaths, intimidation, avoidable fatalities that are too numerous to count. Infact as reported on Page 6 Journal of Public Administration, Finance and Law, "The menace of campus cultism obviating safe campus for learning and research in Nigerian Tertiary Institutions was operationalized with three groups of sub-constructs: extortion/hijack of valuable personal effects; cultists' physical assault/maiming; and cult ..." Infact, there are more than a dozen women campus cults, some of which are Abiona (2016) and Adoga (2017), Black Berets, Woman Brassier, Daughters of Jezebel, Pink Lady, The Amazons, White Angels, Lady of Rose, Sisterhood of Darkness, Golden Daughters, The Ten Wonderful Girls, White Ladies, The Royal Queens, Daughters of the Night, Viqueens, etc. With this phenomenal, our campuses became dangerous and a living hell especially for those who do not share these life style. The evil has not just become institionalized but have since crept into the public space, including government. What do you know, our is now a society where cults of different shades and configuration decide, albeit, forcefully and barbarically, what obtains. All thank, but NO Thanks to the erudite professor of literature. As late as few weeks back, TVC reported that the Ogun Institute of Technology Declares One-Week Break For Students over cult matters. In Abia, the Government says it has commenced an investigation into the death of a student of Abia State University (ABSU), who lost his life in a clash between rival cult groups. In Ogun, the state government recently lifted the curfew imposed on Sagamu town following deadly clashes between rival cult groups. This is contained in a statement by the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Mr. Tokunbo Talabi, in Abeokuta. The stories are all over the place. Cultism has done more harm than good to Nigeria and Nigerians. As earlier indicated, the Nobel Prize is specifically meant for those who have contributed to the "b]greatest benefit on mankind"[/b]. If those ideals were and still form the fulcrum of awarding a Nobel Prize, I dare say that our "reverred" professor, Wole Soyinka does not merit that award, and perhaps the board of Nobel did not know about his antecedents. It is on record that responsible governments and institutions all around the world are pulling down statues and monuments erected in honor of some leaders, whose works and activities supported slavery, apartheid, discrimination, social injustice, cultism, etc. Some streets, roads, universities have been renamed to take out the names of these wickedness and ensure societal healing. Perhaps it is high time that the Board of the highly esteemed NOBEL PRIZE recuse and extricate themselves from the social-economics adversities and general destruction caused by campus and street cultism in Nigeria. All thanks to Professor Wole Soyinka. |
Anything to root out the evil party, the APC (All Philandering Crooks) is highly welcome. |
Means NOTHING ... in 2020 even commissioners resign, but Obaseki decimated APC at the polls. In Edo State, the APC is Customer Dada ni! |
The meddlesomeness of the Federal APC in the chieftancy affairs in Kano and Edo as well the politely turmoil in Rivers could be recipe for a military intervention and end of 4th Republic. Already, Kano is sitting on a keg of gunpowder. All that is needed is some rascals to ignite it. In Edo, it is not different. Any small thing coukd create crisis of unfathomable proportion. Instead of giving Nigerians the fabled "dividends" of democracy, Tinubu is busy rocking the foundation of our statehood. Again, Nigerians are already examining the benefits between military and this democracy and found the latter gross wanton. Please, keep your abuses to yourselves because you hate the truth. |
Just see your self in the mirror. Have you not noticed how emaciated you look? Is recognizing Palestine your problem? By the way, before October 7, 2023, did anybody disturb the Palestinian in Gaza and WestBank? |
Two ministers in Tinubu's government deserve to be relieved of their offices. These two have no business being in government. 1. David Umahi: A supposed qualified engineer who boasted that he is an engineer and not a politician went ahead to destroy properties running into billions, only to realize that he was on a wrong route. In countries like Japan, Russia and North Korea, Umahi was supposed to be executed with a baluster missile. This is a man who told the who world the he conducted environmental impact assessment for the coastal road realignment, but did nothing. How coukd a qualified COREN engineer not know simple engineer ABC like EIA for goodness sake? 2. Heineken Lokpobri: This one has no shame atoll. He lies to Nigerians in violation to his oath of office and code of professional ethics of a minister in Tinubu's government. How can a who minister of state for Petroleum (Oil) claim ignorance of the fact that Dangote is importing crude from US for his refinery? A simple check with Nigeria Customs would have help curtail his lieing tongue, but he chose not to. As if that is not enough this liar claims that the FG is not paying subsidies on Petrol. How does Lokpobri explain that when $1 was N461, we were paying N670 per litre. Now $2 is N1550, we are still paying the same amount. Meanwhile all other commodities imported into Nigeria have skyrocketed by over 350% in the same period? I tell you the truth, if this man was in US, he would be on trial for public mischief and jailed for misinformation. Unfortunately, we are in Nigeria, moreover under Tinubu's administration, where everything goes. |
Kenochi:You rambled around and eventually said NOTHING. What about the subsea cables, etc the minister talked about? Or did you miss that? |
vanbonattel:Do you mind the dimwits in Tinubu's govt. Bunch of never do well, that snatched and ran, but cannot steer the ship of government. |
Ola9ja23:So, you now agree that they were defending the Naira? Today, you are singing a different tune. Are you guys never tired of fuulling yourselves? Imagine an unemployed graduate borrowing money to buy data to defend the same people that caused his unemployment.
|
helinues:Is your population not an advantage? Why is China not poor, why is India still moving forward? "Excuses" are the pillows upon which the lazy and incompetent lay their head." Tinubu is just darn right incompetent. |
helinues:When govt approved N30k minimum wage in 2018, $1 was N167, so that amount was about $180. Even then a litre of petrol was N87. That amount could get you 345 litres of petrol. Fast-forward to the economy destroyed by Tinubu, the N30000 or $180 then is now equivalent to N280,000. Also, the 345 litres of petrol is now about N267,000 post subsidy. So, tell me how N500,000 is unrealistic, when you ought to increase minimum wage by nothing less than 45%. We all remember that they increased it from N18000 to N30000, a 67% increase. |
helinues:Which is more of a tantrum? Does calling organized labour "unserious" qualify as a compliment? |
helinues:Organized labour provided the breakdown of whatever they present to government. Government on the other hand could not justify the paltry sum they are brandishing. This is why we advise that when workers are talking, internet trolls should keep quiet. Politics is not about exhibition of stupidity and supporting a government should not make us empty our brains like zombies.

Toosure70:Guess you meant hundreds are closing down: - In Agbara alone: GSK, P&G, Sanofi, Unilever, Bolt food, Equinox, Julia Food, just to mention a few. Infact The Manufacturing Association of Nigeria (MAN) has reported a concerning trend within the industry, revealing that about 767 manufacturing companies shut down operations while 335 experienced distress in 2023.. Most of these are in Lagos and Ogun axis. So, bro stop being a dummy and use your brain for a little time. Read and not just soew propaganda. It will not help your life. |
Fubara the slayer of the loquacious drunkard. E dey pain dem as e dey sweet us |
Someone said his manifesto was Balablu bulaga, what were you expecting? Buhari ran away from debates, he turned out to be a disaster. Tinubu ran away from debate, what were you expecting? Catastrophic failure Next time, if a candidate runs from debates, you all know that is the antecedent of a disastrous failure |
Tinubu has no place in governance. How can you recommend $35 a month for a family man? Labour should ask him for the breakdown. Labour should insist on $250 or N387,590. If Tinubu cannot pay, let him give way. |
