Op should just stand his ground that he didn’t steal the money and he knows nothing about it, if the mother wants 2k, he can help but not giving her 2k to confirm her suspicions. If you go this route you will have a lot of things that would trap you in the future especially when it involves your mom trusting you. E.g inheritance, recommending you to someone etc

A 400 level lady who claim to be a student of university of Ilorin on her facebook page has committed a lot of grammatical errors on her facebook post shared to the public today.

In her facebook post, she was trying to express herself that fatigue has set in for staying at home for a very long period of time and besides she is already missing her prestigious University.

Many people reacted to her grammatical blunders and spelling errors on the post. Some even said they doubt she is currently a student. This is so because it is very bad for 400 Level student of one of the best universities in Nigeria to find it difficult to express herself correctly.

Where are we going in this country? And if we conduct a thorough investigation now, might currently be in first class. First class with "la cramme la pour" May God help us in this country.

Greetings one and all. I'll try to make my lamentation as short as possible.

My mother accused me of stealing her 2k, but I assure you, I didn't. The money got missing on Thursday night according to her and my 13 year old brother. I won't do such a thing, because the times are hard and the pandemic is fueling this hard times. Stay with the company. This happens every time, when you newly join a company, you are inexperienced or not as much experienced so your pay may be lower, over time, your salary should be reviewed. However, except there is a general salary standard for that position, your salary may not be reviewed on time, for obvious reasons.

She should stay with her company because for them to increase her salary, it means they know her value and they are willing to match her new offer to keep her based on her current performance, it will show that she is committed to the company and the company will be indebted to her, they will also understand that she is valuable and can easily get a new offer elsewhere.

This new company will not value her as much, they believe they are offering her better than what she’s earning before and as such there’s no where better for her to go. That if her previous place was better, she wouldn’t have left, for offering her better than what she’s currently earning, they will expect her to perform wonders, putting her under serious pressure.

And by the way, she will soon find out that N850k is not so much.

I will cut to the chase.

I stay in a 4 bed room with my wife and two sons (twins). I live a quiet life and like it that way free to preying eyes, but recently my wife asked of her two brothers could come visiting, as they had never been to our place in Lagos.

I didn't like it, because I didnt like the extra mouths to feed, esp. now that things are hard everywhere, but her parents began to put pressure on her, and manipulate her with comments, like "you don't want to see your siblings" and so forth.

I wasn't also comfortable with two boys just sleeping and waking up in my house. But I obliged to teach her a lesson.

When they came, they did nothing but sell, eat and watch movies all through. They didn't greet, and were still in bed with i went to work, and watched big brother when I came back. I thought it was for 2wks, after it is a visitation, right?!

2wks soon became 5wks, at which point, food usually planned for a month was gone in weeks, add to the inconvenience.

I moved into this nice apartment a year ago while the business I was doing was booming. Things were moving very fine and I am single because I have not had time for ladies for years now.

The landlord and his family have their own separate building inside the same compound and the landlord is someone who works with an offshore company so he is usually away for quite a while.

The kids are in secondary school so most times the landlords wife is usually alone and runs a mini supermarket in front of the compound.
