Celebrities / Jude Okoye Made Me Sleep On TV Carton Writing Songs For Psquare” – Mr May D by Vaxt(m): 2:42pm On May 24, 2020
In wake of the displeasing ordeals levied against defunct music group, PSquare and their elder brother, Jude Okoye, former artiste under them, Mr May D has also expressed his displeasure at the treatment he received from them.

In a recent disclosure on his social media, May D revealed that he was made to sleep with drivers and cook in the same room without a bed in it while the twins stayed in one of their mansions and the other wing of the mansion was unoccupied.

Mr. May D made the revelation after another artist signed to square records, Cynthia Morgan had similar issues.

According to May D, when he was with the then functional group, he didn’t have a bank account – he claimed that he was made to share a room and toilet with their cook and driver despite the fact that their other duplex was empty.

May D said,

“When I speak , people think I’m ungrateful, but the truth will always come out one way or the other last last cuz I’m a covenant child!”

One Okikiola then replied, alleging that the cause of his own ordeal was that he was greedy, he wrote;

“Fvck u retard! Do you know I was with Psquare since 2008 I never had a bank account!!”

“How can you say greed when I never billed them for anything I have ever done for them in my life! From writing credit and vocal credit on the invasion album … ask them if I was ever greedy! Just let them say it!”

“For your information I was staying in their boys squatters with their driver and their cook just one room all of us shared a toilet and I had big songs and also the other side of their twin duplex was empty! Now! I slept on brand new television carton used my shirt as cover cloth”

“Dont ever in your life , say I’m greedy again.. I’m the most reasonable person you can ever meet!!”

“I will stop there for now !!.

Crime / Cyriacus Onunkwo: Charles Nnana Arrested At His Wedding For Killing Rev. Father by Vaxt(m): 12:54pm On Mar 08, 2020
Killer of Catholic priest nabbed during traditional wedding

Imo State Police Command has arrested a suspected member of a gang that abducted, Rev. Fr. Cyriacus Onunkwo and subsequently killed him in 2017.

The Public Relations Officer of the command, Orlando Ikeokwu, said that the suspect, Mr. Charles Nnana, from Aji in Oru East council area of the state, has been on the run since the incident occurred while other members of his gang were rounded up.

But the police on February 16 this year cut short his fun when he was arrested on the day of his traditional wedding day by operatives of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS)

Nnana was said to have fled to Indonesia after the operation only to come back three years later thinking that the storm was over.

Giving insight to the case, Ikeokwu said: “Upon Investigation into this matter all the suspects were rounded up except Charles Nnanna who fled to Indonesia, However, based on credible intelligence, he was arrested while on his traditional wedding ceremony. He has confessed to the crime as well as his role in the operation. He will be prosecuted accordingly.”

Recall that the late Catholic priest from Osina, came home to bury his late father but was unfortunately kidnapped and killed by Nnana and his gang and took his corpse away which was also recovered few days after on the road.

Crime / Re: A Soldier 'Thunder' Is After My Life!!! by Vaxt(m): 10:43am On Sep 02, 2019
jamesharryson:
I went through the post on certain numbers to call if you want to report a soldier, I felt a little bit relieved of a burden that has been weighing me down and has been trying to lead me into taking my own life. I quickly called the MTN number they instructed us to call, MTN said the number does not exist. I called the whatsApp number, it is currently switched off. I added it to my contacts then checked it on Whatsapp, the number is not on Whatsapp too!

I decided to create the topic to see if I can get any help from our well meaning Nairalanders.

I have a bet house, a soldier who is popularly called thunder came to my shop, played game worth #146,000, since last year. He promised to me back that same day. But up till now he has been threatening hell and brimestone just because I requested for my sweat. My business has been blocked because of this. I have no one to beg for money to start up again. I can get his full name but I don't know where he is serving now and I don't even know how to get my money from him. He calls me with strange numbers to threaten me if I should do anything stupid. I have gone to his people but they said I should go and meet him where ever he is and sort out with him.

Please if anybody has any useful information on what I should do, let him/her help me out pls. Let my business come back as before

Sowore actually needs help..

This man contested election and lost like his party didn't appear on the ballot paper. After elections, he was accused by party members of massive looting of hard-earned campaign funds. This is the same person who wants to lead revolution.

The m0r0n even wants to set himself ablaze out of frustration...As we all know, suicide is a crime in the Nigerian constitution, so his arrest is in order. You never can tell how many m0r0ns like him would want to roast their skin for few days fame(which of course will come after death)...as the most common kind of followership we have in this country is blind followership.

I don't have a problem with his so called revolution but with the supporters of this revolution. Majority of his supporters are from the condemned end of the country and we all know whatever they support fails in the end..If you are really interested in a positive change, start from your various local governments and states. your local government chairmen and governors are busy shaping their present and future with what is meant to shape your present and future..and all you lots can do is to leave your states to settle in other people's states wherein you complain as if you were sold to them as slaves ...

...And when the government of the day tries to prosecute them, you guys flood social media with jargons as if the country belongs to the criminals you worship...it doesn't even stop there,..you guys even troop out in numbers chanting bunkums like "Our son is being witch-hunted", "Nigeria will burn if our son is not released and bla bla bla"...

Lastly to my misguided brothers from the condemned end, if you really care about this country, you would have thought about revolution when the drunk hat-man was in power, when he and his shapeless wife ran this country like it was a beer parlour...but No, you guys won't! because you benefitted from the rot in the system the most. Now that things are going back to normal, you are thinking revolution...

let's see how far you can go!
may all the things we re facing in this country start happening around you and your family both unborn

Properties / 10 Stubborn Homeowners Who REFUSED To Move Out (video) by Vaxt(m): 3:20am On Mar 09, 2019
When new developments want to take over, they first have to appeal to those that own the land they want. Sometimes however that is easier said than done. The term ‘holdout’ refers to an owner or owners that refuse to sell or hold out for more money to be offered before they do. In some cases, they are just plain stubborn and stuck in their ways, refusing to move out no matter what is offered. In those cases developers have only a few options: keep trying or give up and come up with a workaround, sometimes literally. When this happens the houses are sometimes referred to as ‘nail houses’ because they refuse to be moved, as if nailed down into the ground.

here is the 10 Stubborn Homeowners Who REFUSED To Move Out

Career / 10 Ways You Can Build Your Confidence by Vaxt(m): 4:20pm On Feb 26, 2019
So many successful people credit their sense of self and their confidence to their success. But not many people really explain how to build confidence, or how to become confident. It's tricky, because confidence is built on different things, but overall it is built on choices and accomplishments that feed your passion, and that make you feel happy and proud of who you are. Discovering these things is one of the most worthwhile pursuits of you life. Here are :

1. Get Things Done

Confidence is built on accomplishment. If you achieve small and big goals, you're going to feel much better about yourself. It begins with your day-to-day goals, what do you need to accomplish today, and every day this week or three days this week to help meet your goal? If you accomplish the goals you set for every day, chances are you will begin meeting weekly and monthly goals, which brings you in range of your bi-annual and annual goals. Keep in mind that progress is incremental, and big changes do not happen overnight. You're going to feel like you can take a big project, and set an ambitious goal because you believe you can meet it. Set a goal for yourself, and go for it.

2. Monitor Your Progress

The best way to reach your goals, big or small, is break them into smaller goals and to monitor your progress. Whether you're trying to get promoted, get a better job, get into graduate school, change careers, eat healthier or lose 10 pounds, the best way to know if you're making progress is to monitor it. Try to quantify your accomplishments: the number of applications you're submitting to jobs or graduate schools, what you're eating and how much you're exercising, write down whatever your goal may be. It will help you stay on course, and you will build confidence as you see the progress you're making in real time.

3. Do The Right Thing

Most confident people live by a value system and make their decisions based on that value system, even when it's hard and not necessarily in their best interest, but in the interest of the greater good. Your actions and your decisions define your character. Ask yourself what the best version of yourself that you aspire to be would do, and do it. Even when it's really hard and it's the last thing you want to do and it means a short-term sacrifice on your part, in the long run you're going to like yourself more and be prouder of who you are.

4. Exercise

Besides benefitting your health in general, exercising helps memory retention, improves focus, helps manage stress and prevents depression. It's harder to be anxious when there is no excess energy to draw upon, and outside of being difficult uncomfortable at times, exercise improves every aspect of your life. So stay active, and create time to take of yourself.

5. Be Fearless

Failing isn't your enemy, it's fearing failure that truly cripples you. If you set big goals and have big dreams, you're going to feel overwhelmed, and you're inevitably going to feel like you can't do it. In those moments you have to look inside yourself, and gather every ounce of courage you have and just keep going. Every single wildly successful person has been afraid, and they've kept working and taking risks anyway, because what they are trying to accomplish is more important and urgent than their fear they will fail. Think about how much you want to achieve your goal, then put your fear to the side, and keep going, one day at a time.

6. Stand-up For Yourself

When your goal, project, etc. is in its early stages, and someone says that your goal is stupid, or that you can not do it, it's tempting to believe them because they're joining the chorus of doubts inside your head. Logically you think, "How can I be right when this person and all these doubts in my head are telling me I can't do this? That this idea is stupid." And you have to tell those people, especially the voices in your head, that they're wrong. You have it in you, so tell them you believe in your goal, you believe in yourself, so you're going to accomplish it. There's a great line in 10 Things I Hate About You, when Joseph Gordon-Levitt is about to give up his pursuit of Larisa Oleynik, and Heath Ledger gives him a pep talk, ending it with,"Don't let anyone, ever make you feel like you don't deserve what you want."

7. Follow Through

People respect people when they say they're going to do something and they do it. More importantly, you will respect yourself if you say you're going to do something and you do it, and belief in yourself will come easier, because you know you are not afraid of the work. Action gives your words meaning, and it will help you pave a path to accomplishing your goals, strengthening your relationships and feeling proud of who you are.

8. Think Long-term

The foundation of unhappiness is decisions made for short-term comfort that impede long-term goals: if you're trying to save money, you can't go out to eat as much, if you're studying for the GMAT or LSATs you can't go out with friends as often, if you're trying to lose weight, you can not eat french fries often, etc. Big goals require big sacrifices, you have to dig deep and really discipline yourself. In the moment it is tedious and frustrating and makes life significantly harder, but it will pay off, and the pride you feel will be worth it. You have to decide if your short-term comfort is more important than your long-term goals, but know that long-term goals will bring you far more happiness in the long run than your short-term comfort.

9. Don't Care What Others Think

There are going to be so many people who will tell you you can not accomplish your goal. Whether is it rejection from employers, schools, or just negative feedback from friends or family, people will try to tell you your goal is too big, or that you're not ready, or that you can't do it, that it's never been done before, etc., and you absolutely can not listen to them. You must be resolute. While they tell you the odds are against you, etc., just remember most people are wrong about most things. People change the world every day, despite everyone around them telling them it can't be done. If you think you can do it, you can it. Don't listen to them, believe in yourself and keep going.

10. Do More Of What Makes You Happy

What do you love to do in your spare time? Is it to get outside, hike, kayak and enjoy the outdoors? Or do you live for lying on your couch and watching all the excellent television that's available? Whatever it is you love, create space for it, because life is short- you need time to enrich your life and to recharge to be your best self.
