PoliticsRe: Nigerians Should Prepare For Food Shortage - PDP by Venchy: 12:27pm On Oct 11, 2012
PetDancer: A basin of garri is now sold for 3K ,I WONDER HOW WE R GOING TO SURVIVE,BUT I BELEIVE WITH GOD ALL THINGS R POSSIBLE.
Let's be more PRACTICAL and stop holding God to ransom.
Nigerians and their leaders never gets their priorities right, deviation deviation all the time.

Let's start Farming and forget all this FUCKING PAPER VOUCHERS we all spend yrs and money on at UNIVERSITIES which never gets us anywhere but backward.

Should any sensible Government be reminded that SERIOUS STORAGE GOES ALONG WITH FARMING....

Mumu Leaders, good for nothing but STEALING PUBLIC FUNDS.
PoliticsRe: Nigerians Should Prepare For Food Shortage - PDP by Venchy: 9:28am On Oct 11, 2012
Umm Government Magic!!!

I'll like to say this with all due respect to all Academics in Nigeria, "Education in Nigeria is absolute meaningless but PAPER VOUCHER....FOR FOOD ONLY.

It's unspeakable that a tropical country will be short of food, having lots of LAND, RAIN & mineral resources.

This is worrying and I'm beginning to wonder if our education is having any positive impact in our lives or just shopping and living extravagant life.

I use to work in MARKS & SPENCER in 2005 at the food section, all I saw was variety of Fruit from all over the world and some other AFRICAN countries EXCEPT Nigeria, UK as a country does not have the tropical weather but able to produce some other fruits.

Germans have storage capacity of food that will sustain them for at least 3yrs.

United states have shortage of RAIN that's why there has been an issue regarding shortage of food.

Traveling around UK, all you'll see is FARMING left right center but NIGERIAN GOVERNMENT has no idea, GHANA PUNA YAM is is also available in the UK market and not Nigerian yam.

There are ACRES OF LAND EVERYWHERE IN NIGERIA but OUR LEADER are not interested in making use of this lands and take advantage of the rain but to announce to the already BATTERED citizens of Nigeria that there will be shortage of food.

Sad sad and nothing but sad and AUTHORITY STEALING.

But thank God people have rose up against such criminal and unacceptable behaviour.

May God help Nigeria.

Surprise ? Nah, I'm not surprise about what they can do.

Nigerians loves materialistic things, a news came out of recent in UK that says NIGERIANS are the biggest tourist spendder when their roads are death traps .....yes they spend but they don't on practical things, we never get our priorities right.

Living falsely is one of our biggest problems such as buying things we can't SUSTAIN or not NEEDED for a PURPOSE as well as buying cars that's more than their income and they leave in CRAP HOUSE.

What a way of life same as the ROUGE LEADERS buying houses in EUROPE & AMERICA without living in it and by law you must pay what's called COUNCIL TAX every month.

Can someone tell me what that's all about huh
WRONG PRIORITY AND GREED this are reason why things are bad in our country and some household.

Can someone tell me the importance of this guy picture on the cost of living in the country.

Umm...Nigerians worship money and it's unbelievable, poverty.

My people getting big is not money but ignorant on healthy living and self negligent but most nigerians believes that once you are big means you have money but it's all FAT and that leads to many sickness which nigerian government has no facilities for when it comes to treatment as our leaders couldn't be treated in the country but FLY OUT TO ABROAD.

Keep fit,eat well and stop all this MONEY SYNDROME.

Good talk my bros , whenever you are trying to wake people up from their hardcore sleep that's when some will increase their gear.

It's the responsibility of the government of every country to create or engage their citizens any form jobs or grant them a loan to start their own business but they'll rather lend their associate.

Education has gone down the drain and jobs are hard to come by because of the level of quality that's been produce.

I definitely know that you are related or benefiting from the national cake as you are happy with the way things are going and careless about the life of ordinary people.

Trust me you and the crook leaders always end in US or EUROPE for treatment as you all have lost it and couldn't built on what is left behind or build by the colonial master since 52 Yrs.

Almubaraq Sadara: Nigerians are the real problem for our great country, an avrage USA nd great Britain will wackup each day and say God bless America but here in Nigeria reverse is d case instead of saying positive things about our country many Nigerian will vow dt to experience another good day in this country is in another life to come. So we must always positive nd prayer full everyday for down fall of this country is an account that we must all prepare to give our young generation!
Umm...you are talking absolute TRASH, how can NIGERIANS say God bless Nigeria when there's no food in their plate or belle?

There's a social welfare in US & UK to help people from hunger but what has Nigerian leaders left for their citizens?

That's a question for you to answer if you really know why people say God Bless their country.

Unbelievable comment....I leave in UK and average British san afford CHICKEN & CHIPS plus some of their rent been paid but what has our CROOK leaders offers, nothing but stealing public fund.

Your comment is very very annoying.

chaircover: London to Abuja flights now land at 04:35am. This to me must make life rather difficult for the passengers. What about noise nuisance for people that live under the flight path that early in the morning when the planes land; I doubt that BA will be allowed to fly into heathrow that early and I am also surprised that there has been no reaction over this.

I also understand that many times, the flight from Abuja to London is late because the plane has to arrive empty from Lagos first before picking up Abuja passengers.

What are your thoughts on this? Should BA be told to leave and come back when they feel comfortable with security, or should they be allowed to operate like this?
First of all I'll like to ask you a question, do you travel at all and if you do, how many times do you ever experience this type of SECURITY PROBLEMS.

Allowing flight to land at the wrong time of the night is entirely the FOOLISH decisions taken by the NIGERIAN GOVERNMENT without the thought of the Nigerian citizens or residence around the
airport.

It's a situation of HOW YOU LAY YOUR BED SO YOU SHALL SLEEP ON IT, it's always sad to hear all this type of things....Looking at the situation on ground, there's what they called SAFETY which NIGERIAN GOVERNMENT have no idea and this come first

This Airline are not the likes of ARIK , AIR NIGERIA OR BELLVIEW..this are world class airline that have reputation and the lives of their passengers and crew members are at the top of their priority not just MONEY MONEY MONEY.

Remember SAFETY COMES FIRST.

Capital was moved from NY to WASHINGTON but NY was never left to diteroriat because the US government realise the IMPACT of a Big city in every country.

This people have no clue, going to their FALSE Abuja was all their head but did not understand the role of a Lagos state in Nigerian Economy.

But wait oooo, we do have intellectual in that country or were they lost in transition and engage in their usual CORRUPTION huh
