Politics / Re: Why More Youths Will Join Boko Haram And Bandits - Shehu Sani Reveals by verlmoon: 6:40am On Sep 19, 2020
SmartProf:
Let him be more specific and tag it Arewa youths, not just youths. There are many youths in other parts of Nigeria who don't need such peanuts to attract them to join bokoharam cos they've touched success through hardwork and can't be brainwashed...Is there even any difference b/w bokoharam & bandits? Different trade names, but all terrorists.
must you make a fuss out of everything? stop being an idiot. the bad leadership of this Government is telling on youths in all corners of Nigeria. it may not be terrorism but lack of jobs have pushed so many youths in drugs, fraud and other illegal businesses.

the trader moni program which we know was a strategy like the others to win the 2019 election was shamelessly headed by the VP who's not a northerner. they were giving loans to traders, how much? 10,000 naira, what can 10 thousand do to even an already existing business.
the man has just said the truth and I can't agree more with him

spread the love, spread the light, let it shine. what now? Christians are dominant in southern, eastern, Western and middle belt part of Nigeria these places are peaceful.

I think it's time to go and win souls in the North, just consider been on the go in these places so peace can be restored, thankiu.
Religion / Re: Touch Not My Anointed by verlmoon: 10:05am On Sep 13, 2020
this is purely your opinion. anyone who reads the whole of psalm 105 would understand that God's anointed refers to the descendants of Abraham, Isaac and Jocab and God regarded these people as his prophets as He revealed his plans to them and through them they were fulfilled.

it's not that I wanted all these to happen o but buhari has vindicated me, all those people that were chanting sai baba even after he failed in his first tenure I hope you are buying petrol at 45 naira? I wonder how people trust a lieing government that only create part time job and pay stipend.

this government has really charmed Nigerians right from the governor. I wish this will open our eyes so we know who to vote next time

Politics / Re: Army Kills Terwase "Gana" Akwaza Hours After Being Granted Amnesty By Benue Govt by verlmoon: 8:14am On Sep 09, 2020
this is all Ortoms ploy, he granted him anmesty, gave him a public office even attached huge security to him then all of a sudden withdrew everything, burned down his house and declared him wanted.

most of the killings and kidnapping he's accused of were influenced by person or persons highly placed. Mr holy spirit should tell of his dealings with this man. next time people will be mindful of voting hypocrites portraying as God fearing.

Travel / Re: Why Do Your Friends Ignore You When They Finally Travel Out Of The Country? by verlmoon: 3:44pm On Sep 04, 2020
humilitypays:
It is more common among ladies.

Guys only ignore their friends in Nigeria when they travel abroad mostly if their friend in Nigeria is broke and not doing well financially in Nigeria.

If your friends abroad see you as a burden or if they feel you are broke and struggling financially, most will ignore you because they are scared you would start asking them for financial favors which they believe they labored so much to make $1 and therefore no person deserves a dime from their sweat, poverty mentality grin

Another reason is, life abroad is hard, some work 14 hours, 16 hours, 18 hours a day to meet up several obligations and be able to save to send back to Nigeria for investment or family projects, so that hour they spend at work changes their normal good mood and turn them to angry people who now feel that people in Nigeria are Lady and idle while they work their ass off, but as stupid as some of them think, they forget many Nigerians in Nigeria are ready to even work 24hrs but they can't even see any job to do.

lastly, those were never your true friends. Anyway, ladies are never true friends to their fellow ladies sha, na competition friends ladies are to their fellow ladies.

99% of my friends live abroad, but they know I can be in that country they are any moment I wish if not for Covid-19, so they no born them well not to call me in a week, not even me calling or texting them, na me de form busy for them cos I am truly very busy more than coca cola production line shocked

So my dear face your life, once your financial life becomes sweet or once u marry a well to do man like us, na those your friends go se rush you oh cos you will be going on vacation and returning back to Naija at your own will shocked

one thing I know is that they don't ignore you because they don't have time, we can always claim to be busy as anything but we always have time for people who are important to us. even here in Nigeria some friends and relatives ignore you when they get a job or move to a new city.

I don't think some one will ignore you if he or she knows you need nothing from them. if they think you're one of them abeg leave them alone

Religion / Re: Is A Reverend Father Qualified To Give Advice On Marital Crisis? by verlmoon: 11:49am On Aug 30, 2020
I believe if you seek counseling from a priest, it could mean more than the Priest giving advice based on what the couple have shared. the priest can look at lapses in your spiritual lifes and draw your minds back to biblical texts. some singles can give better marriage advice than someone who's married because they've been with couples who have had it rough. if you're married and you've not experienced it what makes you think your advice will help? and beside what worked for you may not work for the other person.

I believe a Rev. Fr. who took 10 years or more of learning and experience is qualified to give marriage counseling as it's part of what he was trained for. if his counseling is not helpful your friend should bring in parents and pray.

So if you're corrupt you're not a thief right?
call it how it is, this is simple. someone becomes corrupt by stealing but tagging it corrupt makes it look polished. if anyone steal they should be treated like a thief.

I noticed most people in Nigeria don't use itel because they like it, they use it because it's affordable and we all know how Nigerians look at most of these Chinese phones. in as much as there's so much hatred in the country I believe if IVMs were affordable to average Nigerians they'd flood the country by now
