I bet you can play the movie in your head. I wish I could watch movies again but it's like watching a dull football match, the results of which I know already. How about Prince of Persia. How many times so far? |
How many times now, Ijaw woman? |
This Steig. Is he that good? Who can he be compared to? Finished The Cat That Could Open The Fridge. Not that funny. Not sure if one should call it a book Putting the Holy Grail book on the back burner. I'm not reading it in order anyway Starting Beach Music by Pat Conroy Hope to finish David Copperfield. I forgot I was reading it and just found it in a carton |
You mean Shrek will just start showing now? When some are expecting it in DVD? We don die for this country o |
Very funny The explanation for this just has to be scientific cuz the kid isn't half black. It's all white. Aryan almost. But this kid will look queer when it grows up. Black man features on a white person. . . . . . Michael Jackson has come back! |
How did Spiderman and Ironman flop? BIG TIME? |
Maybe not even that |
Are those by the same author? |
Lol. Make them pity my Obi o! Spoiler syndrome always afflicts two people who've seen a good movie |
Lol. Why do I have a feeling you're putting it mildly? |
Hey, Image. If you don't mind me asking but save from what/who? |
Little Miss Sunshine is everything you said and more maybe. It has something or some character for everyone. It's easy to relate to and with. That's Volks should be part of the cast. Film's old though and I think it not only got nominated for stuff but won. |
Didn't expect any less from kobikwelu. Pulp Fiction. 16 years ago, this crazy bespectacled guy created this spectacular piece of maverick film. A fine blend of mini stories interwoven into each other into a perfect tapestry of great dialogue, beautiful acting and wonderful filming. A cast literally filled to the brim with stars, though back then they'd have paid their fortune tellers way more money if they could see themselves now. Samuel L. Jackson stands out for me and so does Harvey Keitel. The story, a mix of not so great stories on their own, came together like a Beethoven symphony. The Tarantula managed to show himself too. Crazy demented tarantula. Without further ado, I give the film 90percent! |
The Hidden Church of the Holy Graal by Arthur Edward Waite just started |
Some creepy shebang. I'll wait till all the miracle thing is over before I comment |
I see it when I browse with my phone. I'll check if it's visible when I come online proper later tonight. Check his last posts and you may be lucky. Or unlucky, as the case may be |
I still see it, the darn pain to the eyes. In its many lingos |
I hope I won't gear myself up for 99% and get disappointed when I find 95% |
Haba. Why won't our lives ever remain the same? Let's review it though. |
No actor is going to even get nominated for Inception, trust me. Best director, maybe. Probably sef, lol. |
I'd vote you for President, Ejadamen. Blaze, go immolate yourself |
Did your brain catch a cold? If it's not on leave that is. Na me you write all this lullaby for? In half a dozen stanzas? It really works o. I'll use it again tonight. Sisi has a gun, don't forget. Gay9, your lover says he has pumpkin sized testicles and he supposes it's a good thing. He put silicone implants for there? First time I met the imp, curse the day, Priapus was punishing him. I wonder what you made him do this time. Both of you enjoy. See them picking on Blu. If you mention my and Blu's name in the same sentence, it'd better contain 'kill.' |
I saw a part of it but didn't wanna spoil my experience if you know what I mean. I'm a Pixar junkie, as I imagine is everyone else. I'll give a review too. |
Oh? There you go. Which new films have you seen? Toy Story 3? I'm not acquainted with the cost of production for Sorcerer's Apprentice and even though I think it will steadily rake in the dough because of the kind of film it is, I know Inception will thump it. |
Haba, Obinna. Did you really expect anything to beat Inception? It did well enough though. At least Furry Vengeance didn't make people hold their breaths, that Last Airbender thing better be Shyamalan's LAST flop. And people should give 3D a rest abeg. |
Ah. Your addiction don surpass one person own wey I know. I can't watch a movie twice in like 3years except I didn't get it the first time or I wasn't paying attention. I bow |
I don't think it's the kinda film that has the ability to disappoint. It should be enjoyable. |
Just finished the first season of FlashForward. It's highly imaginative and one thing that endears me to it is how they keep me in reasonable suspense and not the sort that just pisses me off like in Lost. In one season, a whole lotta things have happened and I already KNOW the characters. What they did in three episodes would've been stretched out for a season with the folks at Lost. Bravo jare. More |
The U.S. Box Office has rearranged itself with new releases making their debut. And what do you expect, Inception starts at numero uno. I expect it to sit tight for the next couple of weeks. Salt and Valhalla Rising etc will be coming too soon after and people will either see a combination including Inception or only Inception. Sorcerer's Apprentice is looking impressive but I didn't expect less. People like to be awed. Knight and Day features at number 9 and I don't expect it to rise higher than two or three spots. Ze Top 10 U.S. Vox Office 1. Inception 2. Despicable Me 3. Sorcerer's Apprentice 4. Twilight Saga: Eclipse 5. Toy Story 3 6. Grown Ups 7. The Last Airbender 8. Predators 9. Knight and Day 10. Karate Kid |
Da student, you make sense. Ijaw girl, are you serious? 20 times? |
Alrighty, will do. I have a high tolerance level though. If na Twilight now, that'll be another matter |
