In EUROPE, its hard to get a JOB without Permit, Please always remember this.

The Schengen union makes it difficult for anyone without documents, and that is why you see most of those guys (Migrants ) trying to stoway in trucks into the UK because they believe that it's easier over there, but in truth, it is not!

France is a great place to be, Germany is , and ITALY is wonderful, but without that permit, you will work so much and earn little pay done by hand!

The easiest place to get a job in Europe with no single understanding of the language is Portugal , though you strong need the residence permit to get a job there and there is no way you can go around “hand payment “ it’s tough !

During summer alone , you can be doing 6 jobs in Lisbon , it’s the busiest time of the year as they see almost a 100% in population of tourists troop in.

The reason most people don’t know too much about Portugal is because it’s tough to cut corners there and most people avoid it , it laws is stringent and bureaucratic!

Great and lovely place and Entering Spain is hassle free, ….

How many Nigerians do you think is in Portugal ? Last year alone they gave the highest number of Visa to Nigerians , 760 approved Visas! They don’t want you!

Uk alone this year has give over 100k visas to Nigeria because it’s easier not necessarily better , choose where you want and work at it .

You've mentioned why the UK path is a struggle, but the mere fact that you have to learn Portuguese to be a citizen or get a great job in Portugal makes that path a a big struggle too, and staying in Nigeria is not any easier. So let people do whichever one thet feel they have what it takes to do. Don't assume they don't do thier research. People aren't exactly dumb.

A friend who sold all his properties and japa to UK on a student visa with his wife and four kids, just in two years of being in the UK with student Visa, he now has two four star hotels in lekki and five duplexes in ajah and lekki areas of Lagos generating rental income for him steadily. Just in two years ooo, this is someone who borrowed money to travel after selling all his properties and he couldn't raise enough fund at the time.

If he can achieve all that just in two years, now imagine what he would have achieve in four years.

The 95% rate mentioned is Student Visas and very little above 5% is Work Visas

Uk universities will give you admission with almost any kind of Result (HND, BSC)..... 2.2, 3rd class, there is always a school to go in the UK.

Elsewhere in Europe, it's a NO-NO, You can't even get admission with a 2.2 in most countries in Western Europe from a Nigerian school, Most Universities in Europe may give you admission bachelor's degree, but Visa Chance is 75% rejected! Their embassies don't encourage bachelor's degree admission on their part even though schools give you admission, but Schools in UK will dash you admission.

The biggest hurdle in the EU is document, its frustrating when you are just a JAPA-ing person without a document in Schengen (Life go tire you), Most people will use tourist Visa to move but may spend 10 Yrs trying to get document alone or be deported.


So Back to what the person you mentioned said, "UK" is easier and visas are guaranteed, IN EUROPE it's tedious, and even Ireland is not easy even though it's almost like the same process as the way the UK is, they somehow want to act unique with your application.

Anybody you see in Europe for study, they worked for it, but in UK, Na their money carry them to UK, UK needs money badly.

Am not saying UK no get legit students but japa, but there are students too, but in western Europe, e no easy like UK.
