if I had left Nigeria, I laugh in Spanish, When I joined nairaland in 2007 we were less than 100 persons on Nairaland, about 40% of us then lived abroad as Internet was not widespread like we have today in Nigeria if you know who Mr Pataki is then you can start talking. I will say this to you one last time, if you go to the Migrant Camp in France a Calaise, you can ask yourself this simple question, why do we have Thousands of persons camping at the channel tunnel crossings.

I don't really see how Portugal is easier or better. Salaries aren't exactly mind-blowing there either. The country has the 6th most powerful passport in the world alongside Ireland, France and the UK. It takes the same number of years to be a citizen (5 years with a few different conditions). In the UK, your child also qualifies for citizenship if you're legally settled in the country and even though they're no longer in the EU, it's still a global passport backed by many bilateral agreements. Taxes might be lower in Portugal but that comes at a cost. You must learn Portuguese to pass the citizenship screening and the country is less diverse than the UK, which means more racism. You said there are tons of countries with strong passports; the question is, how many of them are anglophone? Or you don't see the role of language in migration patterns or even in life's endeavors?

In life, everything is about struggling. You've mentioned why the UK path is a struggle, but the mere fact that you have to learn Portuguese to be a citizen or get a great job in Portugal makes that path a a big struggle too, and staying in Nigeria is not any easier. So let people do whichever one thet feel they have what it takes to do. Don't assume they don't do thier research. People aren't exactly dumb.

Even the Eu citizens can no longer live and work in the Uk by just bearing their own passport let alone you a foreigner who migrated there. Why would you want to migrate to the Uk and think you are going to start earning 6 figures with no skills,
You say I feel I know everything in Europe, well i think After living in Europe for 22 plus odd years and travelled to about 80% of the Eu due to work or holiday, I think I have the moral backing to speak on life in most of them countries!

A friend who sold all his properties and japa to UK on a student visa with his wife and four kids, just in two years of being in the UK with student Visa, he now has two four star hotels in lekki and five duplexes in ajah and lekki areas of Lagos generating rental income for him steadily. Just in two years ooo, this is someone who borrowed money to travel after selling all his properties and he couldn't raise enough fund at the time.

If he can achieve all that just in two years, now imagine what he would have achieve in four years.

France replied that my passport has been processed after 3 days. VFS has sent to UPS. Guys, does anyone know how to get my passport from UPS? Which of their offices can I visit based on my lekki address. I can track that it would be delivered next week Monday but can't wait till that time.

1000 euro per month, so for a year masters you should present to the embassy 12000euro(the equivalent in naira) or more.
For a 3years bachelors programme simply multiply it by 3.

Nope I didn't but I actually do read stuffs from Nairaland but I had to register just because of you so I can comment for you not to lose hope, according to what tls agent told me when I tried to call when it was taking so much time, she said they process according to travel date at times.

A friend who applied alongside his wife for Italy visa just informed me of their rejection status.

Both Husband and wife returned from UK last July. Despite this, they're rejected.

Application took 28 days.

Mine now day 22.

Not really optimistic
