My dear, I have nothing to tag it but can tell that that is not speaking in other languages. They actually don't know what they are doing. Some even went on to learn whatever they vomit during prayers as speaking in other language. They used to learn that sound. Some persons when asked to pray on a certain prayer point/s pays no attention to what they were asked to pray about and start making noise in the name speaking in tongue. Highly disgusting!!
