It's possible though if the first class graduate doesn't have sufficient information but it's very very rare honestly. Also I think depends on school. I don't think a first class graduate of unilag can drive Keke. He would have known about GRE and all foreign exams before graduation and a vast alumni network that would happily pay for all of that if the person is willing.
