You would have done well to have compared the US military strength with that of Russia, NOT that of China!

The Chinese has a larger army no doubts {about 2.4million}, compared to US's army of less than 2 million but when it comes to superiority of their machinery and technology, China can only measure against India, not the US.

China has nuclear capability but only has a known amount of twenty ballistic missiles with intercontinental range whereas the United States has over 2,000 nuclear weapons with the ability to hit any location on the planet.

The Chinese has a low technological military development as most of their weaponry is imported from Russia.  Their main armored vehicle, which is numbered above 8,000 units, is the T-55 main battle tank, which is dated to be more than 40 years old.  Those things will never stand against the fury of a 72 ton weight of M1A2 Abrams.

The Chinese navy is not all that advance as well, most of their submarine vessels are now being sold to be replaced with new units imported from Russia.  Those new units are still outdated by American standards, and will never compare against the new generations of  Nuclear-powered submarines called “Boomers" that carry nuclear missiles.  Boomers remain underwater for over six months; there are nine boomers out at sea at the same time while nine other boomers are being maintained at their docks.

Also, when it comes to allies, China has very little strong allies  when compared to the USA.

Mubarak will eventually step down, and then, i suspect things will turn a lot uglier for Egypt and the Egyptian people, cos Israel will jack up the military house and put their egg heads under it.

If Mubarak goes, it's Iran circa 1979 all over again. The Muslim Brotherhood's fingers are all over this thing. Most of the citizenry want a democratic leadership, but they are unorganized and in a power vacuum, the ruthless rise to the top. Both the Muslim Brotherhood and the leaders of the communist movement are more organized and have the wherewithal to be ruthless enough to take power, but in the end, Egypt is a Islamic nation forced into secularization. I see the citizenry embracing Islam before communism.

You are right, they don't. There is a reason why i used MOST!
While it is hard to find a general statistics to prove any point here, it is a common knowledge for a frequent internet user to note that objective news originating from other parts of the world besides US, Canada, Australia and the UK are almost always written in other languages besides English which makes it less suitable for English speakers. This is not an issue i will like to debate as i don't have any evidence to corroborate my claims, and my opinion is mostly due to my personal experience.

Let's get back to topic!
