The igp has done a great job on leadership so far. He is working.

He has Gov umahi way of doing things. Active in the right direction.
CrimeRe: EndPoliceBrutality: Governor Obiano Sacks James Nwafor, Ex SARS Boss by vioment: 11:23pm On Oct 15, 2020
What are you persecuting for.

You didn't persecute after time and time of cases that had been going on for years. There were no rules of conduct before now, which is really what the protest is about.

So, don't persecute him or his position because if you start playing that game of unthoughtful actions, the buck stopped with you. Why didn't you intervene during your whole tenure; were you not aware of the mass brutality that was on going - if you say no, then it speaks volume about your leadership. You were money hunting/ national money and power hunting, nothing else mattered. Are you also not aware of all the road blocks for bribe schemes all around Anambra by authorities.

Naijans are demanding new ways of conduct, accountability, respectful, and collective progress.

Do day 1 things at or around then, don't wait until it is late to start acting theatrical.

Demote or discharge any guilty and untrainable personnels that have a long rap sheet and are untrainable without cheating the process. Since many of them will be guilty, investigate death/ very bad bodily harm cases, which can take years, like 2 or more years. Democracy is a process system.
Politics in a democracy can get you rich but that's if you were already intelligent before it happened, and after you leave, they do dignity politics. African politics is straight selfish an sometime barbaric. Headachism. If all these leaders want to act like saints and sympathizers, then straighten up, stop the finger pointing, query the worst cases, and train the system to be better and equal to everyone.

Good job.

But I just can't believe that an agency that is assigned to fly is the one assigned to do forensic work.
This is one of the most foolish places in the world by a mile.

So what are CIDs for.
A foolish country makes moves without thinking.

So, if some enemy from outside is plotting the naf, they wouldn't know because they were busy doing cid work.

You see this kind of misplaced responsibility everywhere in Nigeria.
PetsRe: Lion Vs Tiger; Which One Is Stronger by vioment: 4:10am On Oct 15, 2020
I heard that when tigers stand on their hinds legs during a fight, they can slap with their two hands like cats, especially against lion that slaps one at a time but way faster than a dog.

Leopards and jaguars are also in that double slap category. I also heard that a tiger's claw is longer and sharper than a lion's.

I also watched online video fight that showed this theory.

The Lion is a very bold animal with enough strength qualities.
CrimeRe: Hoodlums Attempted To Disrupt #EndSARS Protest At Alausa, Lagos State Today by vioment: 12:29am On Oct 15, 2020
Is it not ironic that the endsars people and the supportsars people can be barbaric like the sars or ekelebe or even NA, the 1st one minute they meet you.

It is a societal issue. We have failed to be civil in our ways. It is always yelling and rubbish talk things.

I support the progressive reform group. They don't exist like that because evil ways have eaten so many people's brain.

Everyone needs to repackage.

Stop breaking laws like driving on the wrong side of the road or parking anyhow with no regard for others. The frsc need to make sure the roads are properly marked, while the state leaders need to maintain their roads.

NA and ekelebe should stop bullying people without fault, and non officials should have some respect for good authorities.

These are just few examples.

Athemisia:
let the northerners themselves wakeup to that one..
What do you mean. Is northern Nigeria not in Nigeria again?

Anyone has a right to be concerned about any inch or region in Nigeria if you feel they are dulling. Any place that is not progressing will add more bad weight to those functioning.

It has to be easy to move anywhere in Nigeria, as long as you don't plan on being a nuisance; because one day your cup will fill with evidence. America is free flowing, that is why it is the greatest place in the world; Europe is nice too, but not like America. We need to study and apply the good sides of their laws, with a unique twist and even propose better laws.

A country of reaction every time, hardly proactive.

Modify ekelebe. Work with igp, he seems to be doing a good job. He will need some good amount of money to modify to 20th century before we even talk of the 21st century.

Invest in digital car and freight registration, so no need for particulars checking road block.

Modify punitive laws against rogue ekelebes.

To be continued
PoliticsRe: EndSARS: Lagos Sets Up ₦200m Compensation Fund For Police Brutality Victims by vioment: 6:14am On Oct 14, 2020
Use that money to buy cameras first. They will be expensive because we have been looting the electricity money. Now, camera in a car seems like a big deal. It has to be a camera that authorized people in the accountability office of npf can watch live or later. Not toy that can be easily manipulated.

Don't put yourself in front and then be the target of lawsuits. Let npf lead this issue with oga buhari/or whoever is there. You should be supportive sha.
EducationRe: Gov. Ugwuanyi Inaugurates Multiple School Projects by vioment:
It is a good step

Day 1 duties will serve all man well if done around that time.

Just to show activity, you are walking around mud ground and calling it complete. Is it when it rains and make a mess on the walls, or people marching it around the flooring, then when it becomes an eye sore in no time, then it will be hands off for sg.

If you want to do something, do it well and think it well, if you leaders had any hint of technical of knowledge, you will be a little more thorough in your projects; instead of being overly excited by 3d drawing that the Lebanese contractor is showing you. I don't think you people ask questions about drainage system, air quality, class sound disturbances, handicapped people things like ramp, rainfall effects on infrastructure, etc

It takes vision, work, energy (mental/spiritual and physical), knowledge, etc to build or win. We have a bad habit of coming to show off only when we think the work has finished. Our infrastructure is mostly concerned of aesthetics

CrimeRe: Man Beaten Mercilessly By Ogun Parking Management Officers (Photos) by vioment: 3:17pm On Oct 13, 2020
He parked wrongly and possibly began an unnecessary traffic jam.

The parking officials could have gotten a 2 min video of the parked car before they approached him; and a till have a video of their interaction with him.

His car should have been towed and when he pays the fine they can release it.

In a correct country, they will fine him, that fine will be paid at a later date; if not, his license and car registration will be revoked, and if they catch him on the road again, his car will be seized for a much higher fine plus the old fines.

Civilians need to also know how to respect the law. It is a 2 way street.

PoliticsRe: We’ll Push And Push Until You Win, President Buhari Assures Okonjo-iweala by vioment: 7:20pm On Oct 12, 2020
Good luck to her but this is not a priority of the 1st to 100th things on the table. If she needs any help in terms of reference and other official stuff. But not a priority that ambassadors should be solely focused on. They can help spread her intention but also focusing on looking for ways to bring electricity, affordable electricity here.

Oga Buhari needs to keep in mind that he still has a job to do. Stop thinking because naija people are talking umahi, zulum, and others; means that you have been relieved of responsibility but not position. You haven't.
Please focus on your job. This is a good support but saying "push and push" shows that you are still in bbn mode.

You need to get serious on many sectors, many fg roads are very bad; npf needs real overhaul to reflect effectiveness, respect, accountability, and credibility; Educational sector is a mess; Transportation; Not paying/ long story with civil servants and contractors; Efcc is a mess and not effective as it should be.

It will be better to push and push for electricity, clean and maintained environment, etc.

I hope you are not leaking your lips to go and borrow money; or foolishly take aid in exchange for their medicines and injections, that you can't even test.
PoliticsRe: EndSARS: Protesters In New York Demand Transparency In SARS Disbandment. by vioment:
They have ended Sars. I hope they restructure the npf;

Body camera and car camera should start becoming a norm. That should always be on when encountering any suspect especially on the road.

Road block fee collection need to also be clamped down on.

In correct places, the money from fines and car registration, need to be ekelebe 50%, road safety 25%, and the rest to state; for upkeep like nice stations, uniforms, training, education of npf and road safety, and street cleanup for state. All after budget pay.

Lack of electricity is a hindrance to technology.

All that eating national cake is coming back to bite the arm of change.

The leader that is not elected, will have people raging to explain their fake historic titles.

Hmm. I don't know if others are thinking like me on the next set of people to ban. Look no further than the leaders of so called palaces.

The 21st century palace has elected kings in state houses, which are the new palaces. There is nothing wrong with people having assigned responsibility.

CrimeRe: Gunshots As Police Clash With ENDSARS Protesters In Osogbo by vioment: 4:06pm On Oct 09, 2020
Am in support of restructuring sars but the leadership did not apply accountability and show honesty in this as early as possible.

As it is now, they might have to end Sars, and restructure it entirely with accountability built in, then repackage and bring out with different name.

Afterall, Sars is a branch of ekelebe, and it is not end ekelebe. This should be a future lesson to do things right. This is an opportunity to restructure ekelebe. People skills and crime solving. Treating fellow people with respect. And advertisement educating people on what to do when confronted by bad eggs ekelebe, and also educating people on respecting ekelebe.

It is too late to fight the end Sars wishers logically. The bad egg Sars have done damage beyond repair. This shouldn't divide naija as a people. Some families are on restructure Sars vs ban Sars in the same family or street. It is not looking good and it is another hate and restlessness added to the naija people way of life.

I support restructure to swat style and better practical training but to keep peace and to avoid one more major wahala added to naija peoples plate, I now say ban Sars.

It is obviously more people that are ignorant of sars importance, so national ekelebe good deed education and visible changes is needed. There is still ekelebe. They just need training, accountability, and people skills on both sides needed. Sars is not a must have situation. The dept didnt package their organization right. Too many bad and unprofessional encounter with people.

We shouldn't let solvable issue grow to uneccessary evils. We the team "restructurers" in this case, should accept the idea of banners in this case. The idlers in this case seem to lean to the banners in this case. So the current best bet, is to accept the banners direction on progress/going forward in this case.

It is easy and currently wise to ban Sars.
No need for pockets of unnecessary mean tempered encounters. No need for that, we have more better wishes that connect us than not. So make everybody cool down. Make breeze reach everybody. Cool down.

The banners should bring their ideas to the table and the restructurers should be open to respecting other point of view from banners and idlers.

This is not a big deal, everybody has factual points in this one.

Sars was a nice concept from npf

Sars misused authority and seem to only display arrogance.

Agberos need to be banned at car parks.

PoliticsRe: Police Commence Disciplinary Action Against DPO Who Punched EndSARS Protester by vioment: 6:55am On Oct 09, 2020
This is a right step, hopefully heading towards the right direction.

This reckless dpo need to face a no nonsense punitive action. If na me, na to drop demotion from him rank and to first and foremost, see if he is credible in many good criteria like logical, tac, leadership qualities, temperament, complaint trend, being able to assess situations, and aptitude test. That should determine his punishment. He definitely needs training like everyone of them, in terms of people skills.

Ekelebes needs to really work together, ekelebe/sars, efcc, mopol, etc. The fg need to provide them with car camera and body camera, then give them continuous physical training, relations training, and increase their social welfare and pay a little bit more. They need to have their uniforms washed for them if they choose, consistent pay and bonus, maintenance of stations, upgrading stations, etc.

Every ekelebe or other real outfit, need to be fingerprinted when they come in the system. That will help track hidden cases. And every person arrested should be fingerprinted.

Senate should also emphasize through law that it is illegal to assault an ekelebe trying to do their duty. It should be a two way respect.
