Its not that rampant, I have been driving in Abj for 7 yrs and I have never been robbed in traffic or even an attempt.
And drivers here are not as careful or as security conscious as Lagosians

I grew up in Lagos and I know so many ppl that have been robbed in traffic, my mum included

seems like most ppl's mum are skilled drivers, the longer you drive the better you are

The ban on okada in lagos and closure of Ladipo market has reduced d number of people directly under d sun to share and swallow d heat. That's why d heat is too much at night.

the problem with silent treatment is If you suceed in "punishing" your partner the first or second time, you would soon make it a habit.

All they need do is summon their various banks - Natwest, RBS, Barclays etc, and instruct them to RETURN the looted wealth sitting in their accounts not just from Nigeria, but from other countries like China, Russia, Congo etc. They can summon the bosses of Shell, Exxon Mobil, etc to account for oil proceeds and easily check the money trail - who paid what to whom, when, and how etc.
