The essence of all these illegal actions by Inec and APC is to scare people away and prevent congress/convention of the ADC.
Inec should be reminded they don't determine party leadership they only have to supervise party activities
Their absence with due notification doesn't make the convention illegal!

INEC can keep quiet and allow them to continue. After nominations are done and closed Gombe can win his case and that will mean that ADC will not field any candidate. ADC will start shouting that Tinubu wants to be the sole candidate. This scenario happened to APC in Zamfara and Rivers under Buhari and all elected people were dismissed. ADC should buy good wine for INEC and thank them.

Face the truth. These men are not ready to pay the price of opposition. When they couldn't survive in all their parties but propelled by a single desire to grab power they gather themselves together to hijack other people's properties. When it backfired, they cry Tinubu Tinubu.

The legacy parties of APC where in opposition for years. The key officials didn't jump ship.

The truth is that PBAT doesn't need rigging to comfortably win 2027 election. He will be far stronger in 2027 than 2022. The strongest opposition which is ADC is weak. Forget a few popular names. In Nigeria apart from the flag bearer's personality you need strong party to win election. The opposition is aware. They just want to put up average show and start crying rigging.
