Regardless of what anyone might tell you Yorubas are perfectly safe (and more than welcome) in Enugu, safe in Aba, safe in Port Harcourt, safe in Calabar, safe in Uyo - why is it that they are not safe in Ilorin?

Right on point. Fact is that the Yorubas and Igbos hate each other whereas they are not the ones that kill each other. Countless Igbos are killed in the North but not Lagos and also, Yorubas suffer as well.
All this calling of omo igbo, omo igbo should not continue. I wonder how sai Buhari will talk to his brothers

The elections can't and shouldn't be cancelled . But the whining of Amaechi and co should stop. GEJ was magnanimous enough to accept defeat. It's not as if he has done well and should be reelected.
But if everyone accepts defeat in good fate, it will be good for us all.

A lot of people ar3 guilty of tribalism, some consciously and others sub conwdiously. When a man of high regards openly makes a hate statement, it shouldn't be taken with the, "we are all guilty" attitude.

We can't stop people from prefering their tribesmen to others. But it becomes a problem when it considered above merit or fairness.

If a woman decides not to marry me because I'm not from her tribe, I won't get upset. But when ny bosss denies me promotion because I'm not from his tribe, then there is problem.

Like you said, i think Igbos should move on but you should not blame them for reacting the way they did (I'm against insults of elders btw). Let me give you another example. In the West, there's a lot of racism. The government and other bodies do their best to curtail it.
But do you know how many sportmen or professionals that have been finee for calling someone a nigger and monkey ?

Good observation. Buhari should leqrn fast that Nigeria is a country of independent thinkers. People should be allowed to air their views without indimidation, threats ane emotional blackmail which is the trade mark of APC.

He should seek to unite Nigerians no matter what. If we wanted to cancel the elections, then Kano should be cancelled.

Hope u didnt just include Iwofe road which was just stopped a few distance just around d Salvation Ministry church by City Crown hotels, abandoned but yet commisioned by Amaechi during d Buhari visit. Infact all d roads around dat Iwofe axis from Egbelu to Ogbogoro then to Ozuoba are in worst state of disrepair. It was this situation dat led to people of Rumuilumeni/Iwofe community stoning Amaechi d last he came for campaign.
