Quality of manpower would have to do with the skills or competence of the military personels.
For instance, US is the most equipped but Israel has the best infantries in the world as well as intelligence.
Also Nigeria has the best army in Africa, but was surprise to see Ethiopia ahead of us. Nigeria's military does not have the best equipment. But when it comes to ground combat, only few countries in the world compare to us.

When I was in Secondary school, there was a nurse called nurse Okereke. This woman was mean. Even students were afraid to be sick when she was on duty. I once overheard insulting a student say, "all you know is to say boua boua (that's the sound of vomiting). If shake and break my wrist watch, I will beat your buttocks.
She was a terror. Apart from that even though I'm rarely ill, the nurses I meet are tender towards me. I would say I'm lucky.

its ik: Imo is know for the high number of hotels. On average I think it should be 4 hotels per street. And also 5 tertiary institutions in just owerri town.
And the best part, since they have a lot of hotels and many tertiary institutions, the number of gurls and ladies in the town is much. MANOSUB: Alot of Nigerian women go for peace keeping mission. Their job is mostly on the support side like going to the market and cooking for those who are caterers, and for the medical doctors or nurse among them, they render medical services. Every soldier has his/her own area of specialization. However, they also engage in combat when necessary because every soldier is a potential defender. That is not to say that there are no men cook among them.
She could not have been the only woman on board for the peace keeping mission, just a cross section of them you just saw there. To be a Nigerian soldier is a great opportunity and respected one for that matter. You are taught how to be tough on the battle field because all power belong to almighty God.
