Well, this is a sane clime....... Where things stands.... NOW: Judges in Australia have dismissed Novak Djokovic's appeal against the cancellation of his visa.Djokovic is scheduled to play Monday night in the Australian Open, although it's unclear whether he will be able to compete. Australia's immigration minister revoked the unvaccinated tennis star's visa for a second time Friday, saying his presence in the country could lead to an "increase in anti-vaccination sentiment" and even incite "civil unrest."Djokovic arrived in Melbourne nearly two weeks ago and promptly had his visa canceled for failing to show why he was medically exempt from having the Covid-19 vaccine. A quick look back at how we got here The federal court is currently on a 30-minute break as both parties decide whether further court orders are necessary following the dismissal of Djokovic's challenge to his visa cancelation. Here's how this whole saga unfolded: In November, Djokovic began preparations for the Australian Open, including receiving his Australian entry visa.Dec. 16: The player takes a PCR test which comes back positive later that day — but he later said in a statement he didn't receive the notification until. Dec. 17, when he had already attended a tennis event. Dec. 22: He tests negative for the virus. Dec. 30: He receives a medical exemption from Tennis Australia allowing him to enter Australia without Covid vaccination or quarantine, on the grounds that he has just recovered from Covid. Jan. 1-2: Djokovic is notified by the Australian government that he is cleared for quarantine-free arrival, and he receives a Border Travel Permit by the state government of Victoria, where Melbourne is located. Jan. 5: He arrives in Melbourne just before midnight. As the hours cross into early morning the next day, his visa is canceled and he is placed into detention. Jan. 10: At his visa hearing, the judge quashes the visa cancelation and orders Djokovic to be released. Jan. 14: Immigration Minister Alex Hawke invokes his personal power to cancel Djokovic's visa a second time. Jan. 15: Djokovic is placed back into detention as a preliminary hearing commences. Jan. 16: The judge dismisses Djokovic's appeal, leaving his participation in the tournament in serious doubt. Can he still appeal? Legal options: Djokovic can still seek leave to appeal to Australia's top court, although time is running out for him to do so before the tournament begins, according to Abul Rizvi, a former deputy secretary with the immigration department. "He may appeal for symbolic reasons but little else," said Rizvi, who added Djokovic would remain in detention until he departs. Another visa: There's also the possibility Djokovic could get a bridging visa, which could allow him to play in the tournament while making arrangements to leave Australia, according to Maria Jockel, an immigration law specialist at BDO Australia.
Oversabi Mr. Copy and Paste Next time open your own thread on the topic and stop always trying to infiltrate or bring attention to yourself Its unbecoming and childish. |

Do enjoy your day. *[b]singin* THE LAND IS GREEN..... Stand in the rain as the clouds go grey The thunder roars and the earth sings The season's just beginning The sunlight it hides as the clouds make way For the pouring of my blessings I will not be afraid See it now, I understand, I know So I embrace it Dance in the rain it's for my seeds to grow For every prayer and every seed I've sown The Lord of the harvest knows I'm reaping back a hundred fold The land is green - it's green Ooooh The land is green - it's green Can't you see? The harvest is ready Cos the Lord of the harvest told me so It's green - it's green for me It's green - it's green for me Standing alone can be a heavy load But my vows I won't be breaking Though my heart is aching I got a word and I won't let go It's Your will I'm seeking So I keep on believing I thought it was over Thought you were done with me But we're just beginning oh my life is a journey I will walk with you I will go where you want me to Yes I will go The land is green - it's green Ooooh The land is green - it's green Can't you see? The harvest is ready cos He told me so It's green and it's all mine
This one would always go online to do Copy and Paste of something and bring long epistle for us. Classic BlackBerry phones stop working today You can no longer use that old BlackBerry phone sitting at the bottom of your drawer somewhere. On Tuesday, the company will stop running support for its classic devices running BlackBerry 10, 7.1 OS and earlier. This means all of its older devices not running on Android software will no longer be able to use data, send text messages, access the internet or make calls, even to 911. While most mobile users have moved on from BlackBerry -- the last version of its operating system launched in 2013 -- the decision to discontinue support for its phones represents the end of what was once considered bleeding-edge technology. BlackBerry (BB) has been mostly out of the phone business since 2016, but over the years it continued to license its brand to phone manufacturers, including TCL and more recently OnwardMobility, an Austin, Texas-based security startup, for a 5G Blackberry device running on Android software. BlackBerry's old school cell phones with physical keyboards from the late 1990s and early 2000s were once so popular people nicknamed them "CrackBerries." The devices became a status symbol and fixture for people on Wall Street, celebrities like Kim Kardashian, and even former President Barack Obama, thanks in part to its great reputation for security. At its peak in 2012, BlackBerry had more than 80 million active users. But Apple's touchscreen revolution with the iPhone in 2007 made BlackBerry's offerings appear lacking. It tried touch screens and slide-out keyboard models, with little success. It developed a few phones with no physical keyboard, but those were missing BlackBerry's key differentiator: its tactile keyboard. BlackBerry eventually gave up on its own software, embracing Android and layering its security software on top. deepwater:Festac is just too porous. Poor organized security across the length and breadth of the estate so a conjugation of residents forming some sort of stalemate with law enforcement was lacking. Not just Festac, its happened in other areas too. It is what it is |
PotatoSalad:Err....yes we do. |
Officialgarri:Blunt force trauma also came from suicide right? This little boy is dead and obviously suffered greatly beforehand. Let's try to stop this please. |
michlins:It could be mortgaged. Still a thing worth celebrating. |
This arsenal has started again so early in the year. Truth be told, that Ref deserves beating! There was partiality especially regarding the Red Card to Saka. |
