I'm also Biafran. I hate this entity called Nigeria with passion. I hate everything she stands for. Yes, Nigeria is a country every child indeed wishes never to be born in. Nigeria is a spade, and I'm calling it a spade. Going through this thread, seeing what she has bred, I know I'm right. Most of u here claiming to love Nigeria, why did u choose to spend nights at other countries' embassies? Why smuggle yourselves to other countries yet your love for this Nigeria is unwavering? Why marry a woman old enough to be ur grandmother just to have a permanent visa? Yet u love Nigeria? Why do menial jobs most of u will NEVER do in this country in other countries. Why wash oyibo woman pata? Yet u love Nigeria! Hypocrites! Its only on this site that you people make noise, forgetting that we all know how life abroad is for u guys over there! Una country dey chase una? |

ROYALD: TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN The greatest of them all Prof. Chinua Achebe has fallen at the age of 82. Words cannot describe our loss, neither will rivers of tears quench the unflinching zeal and passion for our beloved Biafra which he so kindly reignited in our hearts with the epic "There was a Country". Achebe spanned generations, continents and countries. He was truly a global icon both in the leterary world and in the sphere of politics. He was not corrupt because he was incorruptible despite the best efforts of Nigeria to bring him to their very low moral standards. He remains the only leading light to this day untainted by corruption, compromise or the tendency to abandon his belief in Biafra for financial gains or frivolous national merit awards. Achebe was a credit not just to the Igbo race alone but to the entire humanity. His works shall endure from Things Fall Apart to There was a Country and countless Odenigbo lectures. The world would be poorer without him no doubt and we shall miss him both as an uncle, brother, father and an ambassador. Even in death he shall be remembered as long as there is an Igbo person left on this planet. Along with Sam Mbakwe, Dr. Michael Okpara, Prof. Eni Njoku, Dr. Akanu Ibiam & Mazi Mbonu Ojike you are now in the hands of God. We ask that all you great men watch and pray for us your children- those of us that have vowed to continue the work you all started and may the good Lord in his mercy preserve and keep you and the rest of you for our sake, for we are dying as a people. We the children of Biafra left behind in the evil and strange land called Nigeria will not relent nor compromise until Biafra is reborn. That is our firm promise sealed in blood. I salute thee!

7842I: A great prophet saw this in 1967 and made attempts to split, (Ojukwu) but was betrayed. Lets continue in the hate, lets die fighting together No! Seriously its not funny. Minds of millions of people are being poisoned against each other via this politics section. The hatred I see here and what it is doing to us is very scary. |
