In Akwa Ibom PDP rigged out LP but people didnt raise eyebrow because it was PDP that rigged I believed same in Delta but the rigging couldnt make PDP win.
In Benue APC is not in power so i believe no rigging also TARABA which I believed PDP rigged else LP would have won.

What am trying to infer is that NLNG during 2014 experience hire recruitment where some did an online shl test there was still a validation test before interview and those who did a well supervised test never did a valiation test.

During the 2013 GT recruitment two tests were conducted before the assessment center and conducting two test now wont be surprising.

Let us catch time before the invites arrive. If u were involved in the 2013 nlng graduate trainee , share how you were able to take the rejection?

As for me I was among the waiting list, while waiting I lost focus on my job it affected my appraisal that year it took me 6 months after the rejection mail to bounce back on my Job.

I advise that you guys should be guided in your utterances here. I'm certain that HR have their eyes on this thread and if you guys compromise the integrity of the screening, NLNG has absolutely no qualms canceling the recruitment. Integrity is a MAJOR core value for NLNG. For the 2013 GT recruitment, a number of people were wait listed. There was some kind of "rebellion" amongst the wait listed folks, with them demanding that NLNG call them up. The business within days of that "rebellion" wrote to all of them that the process had ended and they are no longer in consideration. NLNG is a very influential employer, and if they need to identify anyone here, it will be a very trivial process for them. They can get your identifying information from Nairaland backend, and get you off the recruitment. Or outrighly cancel the entire process. Working with NLNG is a once in 10 years opportunity. A word is enough for the wise

The 2013 GT recruitment wasn't done by state o.
There were 80 people hired. And I can tell you for free that there were at least 5 people from Delta State in that recruitment. Maybe like 3 or 4 from Edo

But the story on the thread then was that every state was represented, maybe in a different format

Most guys on the 2013 experience hire are no more active on nairaland. If any of them is reading this their suggestions on how to go about it is required.

So for contractors, there may be man know man. But you still have to be somewhat competent for that to kick in assuming it exists. But for EH, I insist that it’s based on competence.

I was among the waiting list for 2013 nlng graduate recruitment exercise so I can relate. It was based on states, I think 2 per state which was later reduced to one per state and was based on competence.

Plus community recruitment about 10%, the big wigs about 10% majority was on competence.

Moving forward, are we expecting shl test for experience hire?

Am in 50k.

Power is one of the deciding factor of the nation and for a private company to headquarters in Benin it tells you alot cos they choose the most commercial base

As for Labor party, it did well in ondo state because mimiko has been a grassroots politician from the days he was in pdp. He served as ssg to state government and he served as a minister under pdp. He contested for election under pdp before defecting to labour party. What he did was to move pdp structure to labor party since he was in charge of pdp structure in his state.

No other party has any chance apart from APC and PDP

The average price of the big basket in southwest now is 9-12k.
