I asked you if you have preached christ to anyone lately, I asked you the place you worship, I asked you who your living mentor is (aside from christ, paul said 'follow me as i follow christ' and live a clean life), I asked you the assembly or church you fellowship with (cos the bible asked us not to forsake the assembly together of the pple of God). All these simple questions you cannot answer.

As mentioned earlier by other posters "word of knowledge" is a gift. It has no office, it essentially has to do with knowing and bringing forth the mind of God

As for "wisdom", I am assumming you mean "word of wisdom" here. If affirmative, then, it too is a gift and has no office, it essentially has to do with understanding and speaking forth Kingdom & biblical truth

"Evangelist" is a no-brainer and was going to skip it, but on second thought didn't. It too is a gift, has no office or title. It is something every Christian is expected to do when and/or if chanced (i.e. sell the Kingom, literally)

"Pastor". Pastor this is an interesting one as there is ONLY ONE Pastor (i.e. Shepherd) which is our Lord Jesus.
Shepherding is a gift, it has no office or title. That office or title is reserved for our Lord Jesus Christ
Just as cooking doesnt make one a chef or to call one a chef such is shepherd. Incidentally there is only ONE mention of PASTOR in the NT, and where it was mentioned iot was used exclusively for our Lord Jesus Christ
- you would find the pastors (i.e. pastor with a "s'' in Ephesians 4:11) translated from shepherd but as said the only Pastor used in NT was used in reference to our Lord Jesus Christ

Christ, our High Priest, did not come to collect tithe but to BLESS!!! That's why you didn't read Melchi demanding tithe BEFORE blessing Abraham. Abraham was already blessed without tithing in Genesis 13. You can't tie Christ's blessings to tithe in the NT. When a man is blessed, he knows what to do as a Christian, you don't have to teach him to give. Hence, we read.....unto whom Abraham GAVE....not PAY tithe. Every GIVING is always a certain % of one's income. The NT doesn't specify a FIXED %, that's 10 to believers. Hence, Abraham giving 10% is not a LAW to Christians, it's an example of Christian giving WITHOUT A FIXED % since we have not stipulated % in our Christian giving.

But when preachers and brothers such as we see on this forum use Abraham tithing to demand 10%. Then, they have to follow the rest of Abraham's standard in that same context - keep nothing to yourself and return the rest 90%. Why take the 10% and ignore the acts of Abraham on the rest 90%. That's why on one hand, they want to justify tithe now with Abraham example but they make a LAW out of it. Abraham could have given 1% or 15% or 9% or 20% or whatever. Abraham didn't OWE Melchi nothing, why should he PAY tithe. So, in the NT, when a man is blessed, he knows how much he's blessed - let him decide what to give....every giving is always a certain % of one's income. Let the man decide on his own, don't stipulate his giving.

Another silly argument is, many things\acts pre-dated the law AND was instructed\incorporated in the law which was all abolished in the NT, could not tithe had pre-dated the law, incorporated also in the law and later abolished in the NT? I haven't got no answers to this question of mine.....maybe one day, I will.

Long story short, these Melchi argument is still an effort to sustain tithe scam since the law argument failed in the face of scriptures and sound doctrine and we all know it.

The former is pro- foretelling & forthtelling, but insists that foretelling has turned spurious, with fake prophets abound. he also agrees that Agabus was the last recorded NT bible foretelling prophet

The latter, on the other hand, gravitates towards forthtelling, and hints that foretelling metamorphosed into word of knowledge, word of wisdom and discerning of spirits

No one said there were no other occupations. What we have shown is that even other occupations tithed. That you had another occupation is no proof that you did not tithe. Jesus said SCRIBES tithed. The lawyers and Pharisees were assumed to have as.ses and ox in Luke 14. If they did, they probably tithed of it. To say that only farmers tithed is redundant, no scripture says so or prohibits otherwise. The omniscient Holy Spirit wrote 66 books and didn't speak against it or see it as dangerous. You are barking the wrong tree.
