Another JS library - RaphaelJS http://www.raphaeljs.com for rendering graphics using SVG.

I am currently using it in the project attached below.

Its strange that little is known about this amazing library!!

I got an internal email from my employer this morning indicating my company's willingness to partake in Earth hour by switching off all non-mission critical electrical appliances for duration of one hour between 12:00pm and 13:00pm today.

They also advised us to do the same tomorrow by joining other 135 countries world wide.

Before buying a car, take the VIN number etc to police TSU(technical Support Unit) they should be able to tell you if its clean or not.

During the good old days of MSDOS when a file is deleted; the first character of the filename is changed to hex E5; so what I usually do to recover such file was to transverse the FAT and as soon as a filename whose first character is HEX E5 is encountered with semblance to the deleted file, I prompt for new filename.

For example

accounts.db after deletion becomes ?ccounts.db

What happens on an NTFS (Windows 2000 – Windows XP) partition when you or the system deletes a file is totally different ball game.

Such deletion can be broken down into

[li]Moving To Recycle Bin - The MFT entry is modified i.e given a new filename and the file is moved to a special security directory created per user and its original filename stored in the special file INFO2 [/li]
[li]Empty Recycle BIN - INFO2 is emptied [/li]

These days, we all live in the world of username and passwords!

What if your account is already hacked and someone knows your username and password? By having these two criteria, it is sufficient to enter into sites like Nairaland,Twitter, Facebook, google,yahoo and even your bank accounts.

The fact that your bank balance remains the same every second does not mean that your login credentials are not been compromised.

I’m sure today with every one of us holding at least 5 online accounts, we share the same username and password between accounts. If you are one of those, I am going to share with you a site where you can check whether your account is hacked or compromised.

Up to now, they had discovered close to 5 million sets of username and password which were compromised. Those data were collected from places like Torrent dump or Pastebin where hackers love to upload those stolen accounts at.

You ONLY need your email address or username to carry out this check, they do not require your PASSWORD. Also you could send the HASH equivalent of your credentials to them for verification if still in doubt.

Their site is hosted on HTTPS connection so you should be less worried about security.

As at the time of this writing, none of my 50+ credentials including my active clients seem to have been compromised for now!!
