Oga! When you make a statement under oat or make an affidavit and the statement ot attestation on affidavit was discovered to be untrue.

You will be liable in a competent court of law even if you had to get a reissue of certificate that does not correspond with what you declared and the date of issuance is after the date you filed the forms.
