Yea, but a clinic is not residential. The argument of FCTA is confusing: Is the land captured as commercial or residential purpose plot on the Abuja Master Plan.

The article indicated that Muhammad Musa Bello said the building was originally approved for a clinic, it means it is a commercial purpose plot not residential purpose plot.

Hence, converting it to a club is still in line with the commercial purpose, except the govt would argue that an approval to change it from Clinic to Club was not secured.

I had to create a new moniker for this, but I believe my guy will know this is for him.

Sometime last year I received a PM from a nlder. After going through his posts, I was pleased and we started talking. One thing led to another and we started a relationship. I must confess he is everything a woman wants in a man, he brought out this part of me I never knew existed and he did it so easily. We started seeing a future, I was happy.

Fast forward to February this year, I noticed a decline in communication. I complained and he blamed it on work. It continued and I had to ask what the problem is, he maintained it was work.

My analysis is based on information available to me. It may not be adequate information but it is enough for me to suspect that Chris was greedy.

The lady in question is about 5 years older than him but, yes age is just a number.

She was still married to another very rich man (drug baron), she did not divorce the man but went ahead to marry Chris. Was Chris unaware of her marriage history? Did he confirm her divorce before marriage to her? Did that not bother him knowing that her husband is a drug baron, could be dangerous and still in jail?

Note that the woman waited for her baron husband to file for a divorce before she filed her own divorce papers too despite that she married Chris while still married to him. Only cunning and greedy people will do that.

For me, Chris was desperate for the marriage to her and I can only tie his desperation to greed.

Abuja is a unique place in Nigeria. Every building has to comply with the permits and Abuja master plan. That building was probably on a land approved for residential purpose but obviously, the operator converted it to commercial use without approval.

A look into the building must have confirmed that it was not residential. Then building approval plan must have also been varied without ratification, hence violated.

That must be the reason for the demolition and perhaps withdrawal of the CofO.

The measure is extreme, no doubt, but I don't think FCTA is out of line.
