Even if you shown a section of the constitution that nailed the coffin of Atiku's inordinate ambition, you will still request for the drafters of the 1999 constitution in order to satisfy you "whims" and "caprices". Do i need to lecture you on comprehension passage further? Get the copy of what u requested for....
So, educate me on the place of birth of Atiku Abubakar ( former VP of the Federal Republic of Nigeria).

Try to prove that he was born in Cameroon.

Mr. man address the issue of Atiku not born a Nigerian as stipulated by the 1999 conti. Employing the use of "finnery" language can't help your course since you have deliberately chosen to be a lover of "illegality" like the established thief you aligned with
With respect to your allegation that Atiku was not born in Nigeria, you have no case submission; there is no issue especially since it is confirmed that his state and place of birth is under the territory of Nigeria. Besides you have not quoted expressly the article of the 1999 constitution that purportedly disqualifies Atiku.

If the desire for a better Nigeria, that would have been more auspicious given the administration of Atiku rather than the incompetent and toxic president of Nigeria (PMB), is interpretred by you as loving illegality. Then so be it.

Mind you, you and FG are still to convict Atiku on your persistent allegation of theft. We are not all fools, you see!

Tetehjewels:
The moment the constitution specifically gave the requirement needed to be President, it automatically also spoke about the position of the VP.

I am sure even you know the difference between the words PRESIDENT and VICE PRESIDENT.

To be president in Nigeria you MUST BE A CITIZEN BY BIRTH.

IF You are a VP and was not a citizen by birth this means if the President dies you can only be an ACTING PRESIDENT for a stipulated time until a new election is done. YOU ARE NOT A PRESIDENT OFFICIALLY BUT ACTING.

Oga stop twisting facts and address the topic on ground. Are the above mentioned names vying for the presidency under the 1999 constitution? Or Was the 1999 const. used for 1959 election or 1979? Atiku might hv been a VP ...the law is silent about the requirement of that, but however deal with the what the 1999 constitution says....
I believe you are a politician, APC advocate and or lawyer however, you are doing a ridiculous and terrible job at convincing the public to agree with your laughable and frivolous position.

NgeneUkwenu:
For the brainless IPOB miscreants here, who have been going about doing copy and paste from God knows where about APC's reply to Atiku Petition.

Let me school you a bit here:

1. Atiku is a Citizen of Nigeria.

2. Nobody is contesting his Citizenship and that of his Jada People of Adamawa.

3. What are the ways one can become a citizen of Nigeria?
a) BY BIRTH
B) BY REGISTRATION
C) BY REFERENDUM
D) BY NATURALIZATION

4) Out of above methods, it is only a person who becomes a CITIZEN By BIRTH Is Qualified To Contest for the Office Of The President.

5. Can Atiku and His Jada Cameroon vote and be voted for? Yes because they are Citizens of Nigeria by Referendum.

6) Can they ( Atiku and Jada Brothers) contest and be voted for up to the post of the Vice Presidency? YES because the Constitution paved way for them?

7. The question is: Did Atiku fulfill the Constitutional requirements to contest for the post of the president?

8 . The Answer is what the APC wants the Appeal court to determine, because one of the requirements is that you MUST A Citizen By BIRTH To Qualify.

9. That you are citizen of Nigeria by other means such as Referendum, Naturalization, Registration etc can only take you the office of the Vice President and not that of the President according to the 1999 Constitution we operate.

What is hard here to understand?
Can you quote the part of the constitution that expressly indicates your assertion: "that you are citizen of Nigeria by other means such as Referendum, Naturalization, Registration etc can only take you the office of the Vice President and not that of the President according to the 1999 Constitution we operate."

Why would someone who would not let people kiss his papal finger/ring (which is traditional) now go on to kiss the shoes of politicians (which is unheard of)?

Why the projection?
I don't care about the tradition of kissing the Pope's finger or ring. He probably does not want the attention or people to worship him. However, stooping down to wash another man's feet is an indication that he doesn't place himself above the other man or men.

That behaviour naturally appeals to the hardened minds. All he wants is peace and everyone should love one another.

Learn and understand that lesson and stop being distracted by finding justification for what the Pope did.

This has nothing to do with humility. This is all about humiliation of the catholic church.
I am not Catholic but I can tell you that this action of humility by the Pope is a big lesson on "Stooping to Conquer". It did not change the fact that he is Pope; it cost him nothing but proves he has no pride.

Besides, Jesus washed the feets of his disciples. We are christians - christ-like - and the Pope just put Christianity into perspective yet again.

PoliticsRe: Kadaria Ahmed: "Abdulaziz Yari Is A Hopeless Governor" by Wallade(m): 1:01pm On Apr 07, 2019
Why put the blame of insecurity primarily on the Governor of any state in Nigeria?

Kadaria Ahmed is either ignorant or deliberately deceptive.

Any informed and sane person should know that the system of government constituted in Nigeria only presents the Governors as ceremonial Chief Security Officers of their states. The various heads of Security apparatus in Nigeria including the Police and Armed Forces report to Mr President and take orders from the president.

That is the reason: Benue state government could not effectively combat Fulani Herdsmen; Borno, Adamawa and Yobe can not handle Boko Haram insurgents.

Primarily, Buhari is the failure on this matter not Yari.

There is more academic integrity in the average private university than the average state uni.

Now there is more academic integrity in all faith based universities than all federal and state universities in Nigeria. Schools like Bowen, Covenant, Al hikmah, etc

Academic integrity goes in the following ways
1) Never Inflate grades of students
2) Never Deflate grades of students
3) Never receive sex or money for awarding marks

And when you go down to it public schools are the biggest offenders...
You missed the point. I don't think the intention is to compare private and public universities or even rank them

.

This is embarrassingly flawed!

Did Onnoghen declare his assets in 2016 according to the guidelines which state that an official when informed of noncompliance is allowed to fulfil compliance?

Yes

Did the Code of Conduct Bureau verify Onnoghen's declaration?

No, the evidence abundantly states that they indeed have not.

How do you then try a man for non declaration of assets that have not been verified? (whether what he declared is his or whether he has property which he did not declare in the forms)

In dismissing the no case submission the tribunal has graciously shown the world that it is compromised.

How do the Judges ASSUME contrary to evidence presented before the tribunal, that the non verification is due to break down in internal communication. (judges are NEVER expected to assume)

Did any of the witnesses state that the verification was complete?

No.

Did any of the witnesses state the this was due to breakdown in internal communication?

No.

How did the tribunal reach this determination that was not sought? Do they work with the investigators?

---

.
My brother, there are no Judges at CCT, they are simply panel members, with a chairman, appointed by the FG to do the bidding of the Executive Government.

Umar is no Judge!

The arraignment is flawed abinitio.

Now sense don dey get you. The questions you should ask: Does NNPC subject it's financial statements to external audit? If yes: why are the audited financial statements not published? if no: why; is that in compliance with international best practice.

So many issues with NNPC as established and as long as it remains a government entity and "govt cashcow or fraud tool", the inefficiencies, ineffetiveness, poor accountablility, incompetence, pervertion, and waste of resources will continue.

Till today I don’t know how NNPC has benefited the common Nigerian. I was surprised watching how people condemned the move to sell NNPC and accusing el Rufai and Atiku of planning to sell for to themselves. In 2015 el Rufai declared that he was worth 90 billion naira . In 1999 Atiku declared a worth of over $500 million. How does hating them on this NNPC sale issue Favor the average man of nairaland who is probably hoping to get a 6M-10m per annum Job at NNPC ? It will even be easier to get employed in a more transparent NNPC than what the country has today
The people condemning the suggested privatisation are those benefiting, directly or indirectly, from the irresponsible and perverted NNPC as it is today.
