Restructuring must start with someone and if he gets into office and wish to commence it, we must appreciate his effort at it, even if he could not actualize it, he would have started the process that his successor can build on.

As for NNPC proposed sale, it is good riddance to bad rubbish. Even if they impede his effort at the House of Assembly, he would also have started a commendable effort.

We can not continue like this. We must end it someday and Atiku has offered to start the process.

Honestly, it is a tricky move and decision even though I believe Nigeria will be better without owning NNPC. NNPC is a conduit pipe on Nigeria's resources; it is a highly corrupt corporation and privatising it will rid it of corruption.

However, I think Atiku should have kept this decision to himself till he gets into office. This declaration will earn him more enemies.

By the way, the 1963 census is clearly biased and different from the 1921 census that I consider to be the most decent one in Nigeria's history. By 1963, it is clear that the 'Nigerian factor' had clearly set in, 'mago mago' and tribalistic statistics were starting to be released.

You mean the Eko Atlantic City space is not managed by an organization. The maintanance of the roads and other facilities in the space, waste management and others must be done by the facility manager.

I honestly don't agree that it is not a facility, however influential and exclusive the residents could be. It is better to disallow the show on the basis of public interest or crowd mgt challenge rather than ask Davido to ensure security or brief you on security plans.

I still believe the dynamics of the event, security provision and planning can be discussed and arranged by the both parties if the facility manager really wants to deal. They only need to estimate the security cost and advice the client for the purpose of reaching agreement and funding.
