My wedding day is July 7th so I ordered for a wedding suit on JUMIA onJune 11th 2018 which I paid for with my Mastercard online since the item doesn't have pay on delivery so I opt for online payment. the suit was suppose to be delivered on July 2 2018. So I keep calm since this not the first time am buying something from them but there is one thing in me that keep telling me to track the order which I did to my surprise the item is still in transit to Nigeria since 3weeks ago. I made an endless call to there customers service which they didn't pick. So I got no option than to message them on Twitter behold the craziest customers relationship I ever seen. They replied me that my item will be delivered to me before Wednesday which is 4th of July, I stay calm since Wednesday will still meet. I got another message again that will I go for refund I said yes so that I can buy at market. I get another message from another person again from them that my refund will take three business day which is Monday. Please Nigerians have use all my money on other expenses am left stranded now, I feel like commiting suicide. Please Nigerians help me beg JUMIA I have tomorrow only left if they want my wedding to HOLD
I have all my payment proof, all there LIES SCREEN SHOT

That case was about excessive charges on IVM account with GT Bank while this case is about fraudulent documentation used to clear goods at the port and connivance with cargo handling company and port officials at the port. This Afonja judge doesn't want to allow this Innoson to rest in peace out of hate. That bribe they gave to him to do this dirty job will destroy his career. He tried to arrest Innoson using EFCC 48hrs to the Supreme court judgement in favor of Innoson on order of GTB bank to armstrong and coerce him to accept lower settlement but Innoson's lawyer sensing their plan, asked his client not to show up since the case is already in a superior court and pending judgement in hrs. Few days later, the supreme court ruled in favor of Innosson where GTB was ordered to pay Innosson 12 billion naira. Now they have come again. Innoson lawyer should sue these people without mercy until they are out of business. FOR THE SUPREME COURT TO RULE IN FAVOR OF INNOSON MEANS THEY SAW EVIDENCE OF THE FRAUDULENT ACT COMMITTED BY GTB!

Can you educate us on Supreme Court ruling in respect of this matter especially the judgement you referred.

Besides, stop glorifying crime - if Innosson boss and IVM strongly believe they aren't guilty, why is he deliberately avoiding court proceedings. The previous judge was changed by NJC yet he still wouldn't show up in court. That is outrageous and unbecoming of the chief executive officer of an indigenous company. He must remember that he can be convicted in absentia but I guess the court really wants to address his disregard for the court.

BBM looked like the ultimate messenger when it was exclusive to just Blackberry phones. I remember then when Android users use to get jealous and Blackberry users bragged about their BBM.
