You cant and i dont think so because before schools starts to look into applications and decide that will be around feburary, march and april so by that time the IELTS has already expire.

You can get cheap book at yaba which is below 2K5 but at other store its above 5K.

Bro are u applying to all US school? Why cant u just check only for the schools u want to apply to and confirm which of the test/exam they require rather than doing something else. By doing that u will know if u will write TOEFL/SAT/IELTS.

rhylord: I have an uncle in the US and i stated it there in my DS-160, and also provided them a Affidavit of Support from him stating hes providing my accommodation and boarding for the entire duration of my studies in the US, I also presented it to the VO and she saw it. If she had any reasons for me not eleigible under Section 214 then i should have been told there during the interview. And also before a visa revoked according to the law

Before revoking the visa, the consular officer usually is obliged to invite the visa holder to the consulate for an interview, and give him a chance to show why the visa should not be revoked. When revoking the visa, the officer will write by hand the word Cancelled or Revoked; notify the person on what legal grounds the visa was revoked; make an entry into the visa system; and complete a Certificate of Revocation of Visa. If the visa holder cannot be found, the officer will notify airlines of the revocation. If the person is already en route to the United States, he will be detained and have his visa revoked at the port of entry."

Which i wasn't granted any. I was not even asked that question by the VO during the interview, because i have ties back home immediately i finish my program and i have no intentions or reason to break any immigration laws.

am sorry to hear about this and what your passing through now but i think there is something wrong concerning your uncle in the state.

Your uncle and your school must have been in the same location and the VO later discovered and flag u as intended immigrant.

I don't know what happened there, everyone i talk says they've not heard of a situation similar to this. I intend to go to the embassy and lay a complaint regarding this and they should explain the approval i received from the VO after the interview.

This sounds strange to me but i would like to ask the following before i comment;

were u given just the slip back without your passport when you were called back?

Did they take u inside an office and hand over the denial slip to u or outside the embassy?

open a bank acct wen u get to obamaland, after that u can use ur GT bank atm card to collect cash via walmart by buying a money order or check which is cheaper in charges or fees.

After getting the money order u can then pay it inside ur us bank acct and use your us bank acct atm to withdraw.

I dont think you need BTA but u must not carry above 10,000 usd when flying to obamaland

That's to my own knowledge but the other gurus can advise u more on it.

You can apply and get admitted to comunity college first before u ask for that and transfer when you get to obamaland cos u cant transfer when you are in nigeria after you have your visa.. So get ur visa first with a university and get to the university 3weeks before resumption and request for transfer to another school.

Although some school might want u to spend a semeter or a session before they acccept ur transfer request but pray to God so that the school wont prove stubborn when u request for transfer.
