@op, if you meant to produce art you've got a lot of work yet. So far you have given an engaging report of events but there isn't much in the way of technique to what you have done.

You make paragraphs, that's good. Now make them a bit more obvious. Put space between your paragraphs so that your work does not fatigue the eyes.

As for your technique, I'm not sure I can go in-depth into what you can do better at. I suggest you simply compare your work to those of established writers. It should be immediately obvious to you what's missing once you look.

Even if he picked it from the street, taking it would have been as good as armed robbery because it doesn't belong to him.

I saw this on channels news and made some investigations. I got the following reports!:
* the fund actually got missing in the bank. prior to the incident, sure P's accountant had complained of leakage in the account but the bank failed to call a plumber to fix the account. subsequently, during the last rain, the money was flushed out of the account through the suck-away pit of the bank.
