Obasanjo, Yaradua and Jonathan were picked by the parties and other tribes supported them. Yaradua contested with other Fulanis but the PDP said it must be him. Buhari contested with other Fulanis but APC said it must be him. Even Tinubu contested with other Yorubas but many APC Governors from the North supported him to get the ticket - Osibanjo and Bakare contested with him.

But when it comes to Igbo, they will not pick one person and support, instead they will say Igbos are not united and nobody wants to step down for each other. Can't you see the gang up?

Ogbonaya Onu in a national party stepped down for Olu Falae who was in a regional party. Can a Yoruba man do that for any Igbo man?

Southwest governors are the reason tinubu clinched the ticket. They had a United front and spoke with one voice.

Another mistake you lot make is that Apc is different from pdp. Yes the pdp owe the igbos a presidential ticket based on support since 1999.
Apc is 7yrs in administration and the key players ought to be rewarded, what is southeast contribution towards Apc that makes you think they deserve to be president on the party's platform You can reject someone overwhelming twice and then expect to be favored by same person.

Again the southeast only hope to producing a presidential candidate under apc was shut off by playing politics of hate, in 2015 all southeast needed do was produce a ranking senator under Apc, like magic he would have been senate president. Giving the kind of lackluster politics Buhari plays he would have still been Senate president and guess who would have been on the front burner for a south east presidency campaign

My point is mechanization is a gradual process. How do u encourage the farmers when all sorts of produce they cant compete with are imported
