can you point us to the relevant section (s) in the 1999 constitution that empowers police to stop cars indiscriminately without CAUSE for stop and search?

Before any police stops a person or car for search there has to be a strong suspicious of having committed a crime or about to commit a crime or had committed a crime or to prevent the commission of a crime!

NO LAW EMPOWERS ANY POLICE TO STOP A CAR BECAUSE HE CAN OR JUST TO LOOK FOR A CRIME THAT ISN'T THERE!

He hired a nanny for her. the nanny followed her to Ondo State for the funeral and stayed with her in my place.

Honestly, I haven't heard this kind of thing before. I told her I'll post it on Nairaland and she said I should go ahead and that she will be interested in reading people's comments. I actually admonished her not to look the way of any other guy or be involved in extramarital affairs as that could lead to problems she won't be able to handle.
