Omodua:
Morocco will go places. They have football culture. Well disciplined bunch with determination to succeed.

They have virile league in their country. They do not depend on foreign legion to prosecute matches for them. Most of the players are drawn from local league and they play together with good understanding and coaching. Always blend.

This is the reason they have won the CAF Cup, Confederation Cup and Super Cup. The women champions Cup also won by the country. Virtually all CAF organised cups in Africa. Their national team coach is local, a Moroccan who understands their football philosophy.

Compare it with Nigeria where the league has been deliberately killed so that they could continue to import abroad based players for pecuniary gains. Hardy you see a local based player in super eagles because he has nothing to offer the officials and NFF Big wigs.

Amaju Pinnick never had time for local league npfl. He was interested in bringing in Nigerian Born players based abroad. He gains a lot from their inclusion because they part with some heavy doughs. He also go for foreign coaches who, at best, not better than carpenters. He colludes with them to cheat. Hence his objection to hiring local coaches.

The latest foreign coach he hired from Portugal knows nothing about football. A wayside coach in Nigeria is better than him.

Sadly, Amaju Pinnick has anointed a lackey to take over from him. He is Ibrahim Gusau from Zamfara. Till the date, the new Boss lacks ideas to move Nigeria football forward. Still taking instructions from him on what to do.

Meanwhile the league is in Limbo. No definite kick off of the league. This is happening when Moroccan league has gone halfway.

It's a sad development!
You wanna know how to solve this problem? Create a parallel football system to show up the rot. It requires collusion between people who can develop a winning team and corporate bodies. Organise a tournament that will draw talents from the grassroots. Select players from them, and build a team. One day, expose them to a high level match. The players will always be under you. But that will be hard, because they will get promised a lot to play under Super Eagles or lucrative offers in Europe. I haven't thought too deep into it, but this is what I have on impulse.

I sha am not surprised that Morocco is doing well. I don't know how many of you guys know when Raja Casablanca reached the finals of the FIFA club world cup. That shows that their domestic sport development effort is yielding fruits. Look at their stadiums during matches and see how packed it is. Things Nigeria had in the 70s or so. Now when was the last time a Nigerian club even played beyond the group stage of the CAF champions league? And you want to do magic? Anyway, na una go dey surprise nah. Those of us wey know wetin dey sup, what should be done, if we can do it, we go dey put our money into it, dey cash out, steadily.

Imagine some people saying Switzerland isn't good... Switzerland is one of the most compact and deadly up rising team in Europe...today Neymar didn't play and it's just like a blessing in disguise which most people won't believe...today Brazil looked more solid and they lost lesser possession going forward....why?....cos Neymar didn't play ofcourse....Neymar is a deadly player no doubt but his goodies of creativity comes also with loads of dispossession ...although he get the team fouls but sometimes u need the progressive ball retention and possession than the petty fouls....and if you are still doubting Brazil's quality and how much they are a contender in this game ...then look at their tactical set up today ...on paper they were a 4-3-3 team but on the pitch they looked more like a 2-5-3...with Tiago and maquinhos in the center ...militia was pushed slightly in front of them also a little to the right 2 add to the legs they have in-between...the Casemiro and Fred was played. In front. ..this i believe was to short out Swizz i counter ..and even with this they still played well and looked even more solid...once again ...write Brazil off this world cup at ur own peril!!
Exactly, guy. They have a counter for your counter. So, how you wan take come out? Na to sit down make dem no score pass enough. grin grin

The scoreline reads 1-0 no be because they no fit score more. It's just the end analysis of the game. And you know what? The same players are fit to play tomorrow!

I know what I am saying. This Brazil is different. Infact, the way they are playing is not the type of play they usually play. They have skillful players which helps, but the emphasis is no longer on skills. They play like this:

No matter the team before us, how can we solve this team. How can we beat this team in 90 mins without them having a chance. How can we nullify their strengths while simultaneously unlocking their weaknesses.

Infact, it's this reason that teams playing against them, spend the whole match closing out their weaknesses instead of playing positive football.

Spain did something like that in 2010. But their own was one size fits all, they hold on to the ball the whole match, so you don't play. They get to do all the playing and if they score against you, forget it, they have won. See eh, in 2010, Netherlands was stronger than Spain but, Spain had a strategy.

So, for all the teams you are calling, I say, bring them on. I for one would love a rematch with France. It would be one of the best matches in this tournament. I assure you.

The only weakness I am seeing in this Brazilian side is if they have a single lapse in concentration, thereby allowing their opponent to score and lock up.

OR

Their opponent just take a lucky shot and scores then they lock and Brazil can't score them.

Otherwise...

They are good.
Another thing I forgot to add is, the way Brazil is playing, do you know that they can beat any big team in this world cup without Neymar?
That's what I meant by their style of play. Of course, having Neymar in such a match makes it easier and more assured.

Iceland population is 300,000
2 million ppl is large enough to form a country of it's own
They can build their own environment
Which environment is dangote working with

Which environment is nestle or CADbury or lever brothers or Coca-Cola working with

If we're serious we can achieve whatever we want

The issue is we don't want
We rather lament and look for ready made country

That's 12 c from each of those 2 million

Set up your own isp or use spectranet or your own phone network.

Minimum wage is function of productivity
Increase ppl productivity
Increase income
You increase productivity by mechanising (factories and machines)
Most can't afford the first machine (tractor or whatever) but there are few machines or factories that 2 million cannot afford

Produce onsite then no need for transportation
You gotta find the loopholes
Also a group that big will be able to influence elections and hence tax policies

Either fix the road with 10 or pay with loss of business and lose 20
Our choice

stop using the bank
Mafia cartels and mob do not use banks
And now we even have crypto

Besides how come other companies can survive yet you can't
Not that your ideas don't show the willingness to find solutions (even though they are all easier said than done), but for how long will you keep adjusting while the government keeps chasing you down?

Hmm, bros, you are still missing the point. That 2 million people you are asking for, with which environment can they work with? I can't have light for up to 5 hours a day right now. My average internet speed is 1.3Mbps. People can't afford my goods because basic amenities cost so high practically beyond the national minimum wage. Add on to that, the direct and indirect taxation (transport levies) nationwide. All that money, yet the road networks meant for economic wellbeing are in shambles. On top all these, government is still collecting charges on every transaction you run at the bank. OGA! I can't even type all of Nigeria's problems because my hand go dey pain me.

Bro I am a realist, the way to solve big problem is to break it down to bits. If we like, let us vote Obi, Tinubu and Atiku together, they cannot fix Nigeria, the populace is way gone with their excuses tied to culture and religion.

The families need to start getting smaller, it should be a nation of personal responsibility, in 2 generation of doing that constantly, Nigeria may stand again.
Thinking that change of leadership with the same consumerism and subletting of responsibility that Nigerians have interwoven in the fabric of their being will change anything? Then you are in for a serious heart break
Good luck convincing Nigerians. And by that, I mean the north. Leave the south out of it. We are managing fine.

I am not brain washed by the west. There is this thing called division in mathematics, you should check it out, you can actually find out what everyone is worth by dividing the total income of a country, by the number of citizens. Give that a try and we can continue this discussion. Your leadership is bleeped up as well but the honest fact is that your country is poor but they want to live like a rich country. They want to form 10 committees to supervise one project, they want to vote for people just because of tribe and religion,
From a birds eye view, Nigeria is not productive, it is consumer nation that exports prayer. Who is doing all these consumption? The battery of children that people don't have resources to feed.
I understand where you are coming from with the leadership problem but Nigerians need to start adjusting to the reality on ground and stop popping out babies like it is a competition
Like I am still saying, those people you are seeing would be needed in due time. If Nigeria is not working, why not revisit the foundations? And actually, people are not having very large families like they used to in the past, except maybe the north. But that issue is a deflection from the real issue, which is, deliberately wicked leadership.

Not to diminish the point you are trying to make but have you checked the battery of children the average Nigerian woman is popping out? Most times from the poorest of the poor families, compared the our counterparts in Switzerland? And when you ask them, they tell you that it is God that provides for children. Start there and maybe in 60 years, Nigeria will start standing
Oga we never grow reach China and we have more mineral resources than they do per person, yet they are richer than us. It is not our population that is the problem. It's just the wicked leadership.

Our population is our strength in future.
