BreconHills: Sorry? I used the expression "spreading the pain" Nowhere did I say that people were not feeling the pain. Please I am not your typical NL that ventsvemotion. Use data. Previously those segments profited by buying real assets during recessions and strengthening their NAV. Now those same ikoyi and banana island yields stand at 2-3% which for the first time ever mirrors the forecasted national pre Corona growth forecast of 2%. Abuke egba is returning in excess of 15% while Ikoyi now has a 22% vacancy rate and ontakers from developers are struggling to onboard secondary property buyers. Yields on all paper assets T Bill's, Money market have crashed. The effect is a rise in PE funds investment in Agritech, healthcare and pseudo tech plays. Agritech is returning 15% plus. Student housing and youth housing the same. Wealthy segments are losing more against dollar Nd inflation hits than the poor that is why the money is going into PE.
I know that in Nigeria ignorance is worn as a badge of honour and it hides behind generalities and emotional statements. Let me have your data. I have time today.
Personally my business is doing ok because I took the time to retool and address economic realities. For those who still want to hide behind emotional outbursts - goodluck. You will need it.

mikezuruki: Try and apply for it in unilag. Trust me bro, you will be glad you did. Part time is easier to get. I support your relationship with the girl na why i dey offer my two cents. If she is worth it, then go for the masters.
I initially thought i did not need masters until i started. There is always room to learn some more. Relationship involves sacrifices too. No listen to these boys wey dey talk rubbish bro I am not even in Lagos. Unilag is far. I reside and do business in the north. I told her that if I had wanted to do a masters course, I would like to do that outside Nigeria. Well, my thoughts are, she has to be my girl first, then we can build upon educational qualifications together, if possible. But I am bothered because my dad had been saying I should do my masters, and about what she said about contracts (that part, I told her on the spot it wasn't true, but I still went back and wondered.) |

Romance › She Wants Me To Have A Masters Degree! by webizone(op): 10:19am On Mar 09, 2020 |
Hi guys, It's been awhile since I posted a new topic, but this hit me very close to the heart. I am confused now. I need your help to get my clarity. I met a girl I really liked and was contemplating the idea of marrying her. So one day I took her out on a date and told her that I would want us to move into an intimate friendship. Then, she asked me some questions and I did the same. When it got to educational qualifications, and I told her I don't have a masters she was visibly uncomfortable. She told me about it, and I asked why. She told me that she would even do her doctorate. She says that usually, guys who have lesser qualifications than their wives would feel intimidated and not let her get to achieve her dreams. I said I wouldn't be like that. Besides, I said, I have a sister who's very ambitious and an overachiever. But, she wasn't buying it. Then, I told her my story on how I didn't do a masters course. My history goes like this: Back in secondary school, I had a friend whose parents lived in the US. When we were about to graduate, he got sent a lot of offers from universities out there (probably courtesy of family). I asked and he gave two forms which I filled and enclosed an application letter. I got replied by both schools with encouraging remarks. Infact, I got scholarships into both schools that would be renewed annually depending on my results. All I had to do was to fill a dossier. But my family wouldn't let me go. They said I was too young to travel. All efforts I made to explain that the courses I would have taken can't be found here proved abortive. They were like if I left, I would want to remain there and not come back. And for the fact that I was the first child, I should stay here in Nigeria and grow, probably, after my first degree, I can travel for masters. So, I stayed. Jamb held me for 3 years and I did an Electronics and Computer Engineering course for 5 years, served and by the time I was through, I had become disillusioned about school and anything concerning chasing papers. I just wanted to settle down. That was back in 2012. Now I have my own business and I am running my own research (at my own pace, outside institutional pressure). The only thing missing is a life partner. So here we are. I have been trying to date different girls but I have never been so much in love with anyone other than her. I don't know what to do. |

ajog1: Bro, I did and it was a pure waste of the whole funds invested and my time. Jeez, where do I start from?
Is it the forwarded whatsapp messages that when added together is less than 3 pages (I'm just tryna say on the side of caution by saying 3 pages);
of which a large chunk of the forwarded messages were generic rules out there like don't mix characters and numbers together, searching google with the domain keywords. The only unique info was the ED filter-like filters, seriously...............................................
Don't get me wrong! The length of an info can be less than half a page, but once a guarantee is made that it would deliver results, then it is worth the price tag placed on it. Even despite his promises and quoted statement "Domaining is easy, only if you know what you I doing," I still lowered my expectations, fought hard, but it seemed as though I was just tryna catch the air with my hands.
You are way way better off reading through the thread and consulting with persons like this op who is real with you. Lol. I can't kill myself, I can't kill myself o. |

Horizon123: I write with so much pain after being scammed by http:// www.sporry.com Nigeria. I have to tell those that want to go into this never to try it because it is pure scam. I read a post about them and was told that Sandra is the best. All lies. Then I decided to try even though someone had written earlier about them being a scam, I thought the person just wanted to spoil their biz. I called Sandra and she reassured me that it wasn't a scam The first thing is usually registration which will be confirmed after 2/3weeks to make it look legit. After which you will call n be told that 19200k is to be paid for that training. After this you pay for website, landing page, google ads and so on. The painful part is that you will pay all this with nothing for them to offer. Their conscience is dead. I later found out that they were using it to their advantage. They even advertise on guardian newspaper inspite of it being a scam
Once all this money is paid, Sandra's number will never be available. Adaeze, Joyce all their numbers will not go. Someone said he has started making money, is all lies. Na Dem dem
Funny enough I did their 2nd program which they tagged REVENUE VAULT . I did both same time all were lies. Scam upon scam
I know that their members will counter this post but I tell you and equally beg you not to waste your hard earned money. I am in pain now cos the two programs costs about 230k approximately. But u will not know until you pay the first fees. A word is enough for the wise but if you are not convinced, a trial will convince you and your eyes go clear just like mine now. Guy please I need to call you. Give me your number, because I think I am in the same hole. |
