- A blog for the creative expression of yourself and hustle.

Our social media platforms change all time adding new features which give business owners limitless possibilities to sale their products and services but with an increasing decline in organic reach for business pages, meaning you have to spend more on those platforms to reach your target audience. Nothing wrong in spending on adds as far as you're able to reach your target audience.

But no matter how good you are on those platforms its never yours and you can never be able to fully express your business style, tone and voice as you can do with your website or blog. Moreover, your account can be suspended, the platform can go off the surface of the internet and you can lose your accounts entirely. So, owning a website for your business is, therefore, a necessity and not optional.

And you don’t set up a website and just go off to do other things like most Nigerians do. When you set your field, you have to continually tile it and take care of it, if not weeds will take over. Likewise, every website out there needs one form of maintenance or the other, you have to ensure that your website is

- That your contents, products and services information are up to date
- You’re blogging actively and using content marketing technique to promote your site.


Excuse - 5 I will consider a website when I get one for free

This is a bad idea because a lot comes into having or owning a website/blog for your business or hustle.

So, if someone shows up today and say they will build you a website for free, you need to examine the details to grasps fully what it entails.
- Will the hosting option be suitable for your business?
- Will their offer allow you to showcase completely your business products and services offering?
- Will your website be properly optimized for a search engine?
- Will you have access freely to your website dashboard, log in details and files?
- Will they be available to make changes and updates on the site as when due or whenever you may need it?
- Are they hidden charges to be considered?

And lots more

Even if the offer is coming from a friend who is a web designer, you have to be careful as different industries have different website design standards.
