What are your asking price for 20 & 40ft respectively? |
uchman:Let's talk. It's easier and cheaper to buy from Japan. I can link you up. |
uchman:Either can be easy depending on your status. Do you have a good travel history? Do you have a successful business? Upon arrival do you intend to remain in Australia? You could get 3, 6 or 12months single or multiple entries. If you have a good portfolio and intend to stay, Business Innovation and Investment Program or Business Talent (132) Visa are the way to go. |
Ayolachris:Thanks for elucidating on that. Yes your wife can include you and your kids if any, as dependent family members But also have it in mind that she may be required to show a proof of sufficient funds for all family members included on the application. I suggest she includes you as a dependent, omits the SOA in her application. If requested by her CO she can then provide youse SOA. |
Ayolachris:Hi, your inquiry is a bit ambiguous. Are you able to rephrase your questions again? Are youse in Australia? Why do you need to reapply if your wife have been invited for medicals? |
knick:This link may be helpful: http://cricos.education.gov.au/course/CourseSearch.aspx |
buzuazi:It's possible if you don't have a NO FURTHER STAY condition on your visa. The tricky part is getting a visitor Visa and gaining admission into a university. It may be a bit stressful trying to settle your family while pursuing admission etc except you have relatives here. Not sure what your situation is but I will encourage you try applying from Nigeria |
venus33:Its normal for people to change career here, even universities and Tafes encourage it too. Stick to your Masters in Arts, write a good statement of purpose and you will be fine. Take care. |
Loloantho:It's difficult finding an accommodation without first viewing the house. In some cases you may be able to find private landlords or individuals renting their houses/room. Here are some useful links: https://flatmates.com.au/?gclid=Cj0KCQjwpsLkBRDpARIsAKoYI8xqgjKtmFU0x8IE96uPtn0HxJBqhmA2stKLx47edyu0lHlmzQZeOh0aApUbEALw_wcB www.domain.com.au Like has been earlier advised, it's best you search for a place while you are here as photos atimes can be deceiving. |
Succeeded:Hang in there. They know your resumption date. Grant could come a month after lectures has commenced. If they are in doubt and need more time to asses you they will ask that you defy your admission and send them a new confirmation of enrollment. |
tobadex1:When did you lodge your application? |
I'm yet to understand why most Nigerians fail to pay taxes and yet complain on the condition of the country. Am sorry to say but your reasons sound a bit dodgy to me. Anyways, all you can do now is PRAY and HOPE. Godspeed.

|
Someone has responded with the docs you need to present to your CO to carve their indulgence on your genuineness. Does your company have documents used in applying for the change of business name back then or any form of communications with the registering body concerned? Your best bet will be bank statements from your first pay day, middle pay periods and last pay. Also include payslips as well. Get them certified by Australian High Commission if you are in Abuja or a qualified Lawyer. Again make sure your documents are from the original sources otherwise you face a 3-10yrs (if the 10yrs has been implemented) for providing bogus documents. horlakay: |
Some unis and organizations give Msc scholarship by research . If your'r considering to study by research. You may also want to have a look at this url: Australia Scholarships | 2018-2019 Scholarships in for Australia http://www.scholars4dev.com/category/country/australia-scholarships/ LadyHeaven: |
I believe they have recently increased the quota for uploading documents. You may want to double check on that by logging into your immiaccount. Click on your application to see how many documents you have submitted vikmeek: |
You present the original documents for your lawyer or JP to site and confirm it is original, then they will photocopy and stamp it. In Australia they have a list of occupations that can do it for you including teachers, engineers Doctors etc but I believe since you are overseas you may have to use a Lawyer or High Court. vikmeek: |
If I was in your situation, I will either certify those documents rename (Certified Documents) and reattach them or I will just let it be and hope for the best. Attach all your documents into one single PFD file and upload as other-documents on your immiaccount. vikmeek: |
It is recommended you certify your documents by a Lawyer, justice of peace or of you are in Abuja, you may want to ring Australian High Commission to see if they do it. I suppose they may charge you more. Certifying your documents gives your case officer one less stress to worry about how genuine your documents are. vikmeek: |

https://www.news.com.au/entertainment/celebrity-life/hook-ups-break-ups/meet-tiffany-trumps-new-billionaire-boyfriend-michael-boulos/news-story/3b255e8ada76d4157c9e43844d1947d7 Tiffany Trump is quietly dating a wealthy scion from Nigeria, one of the nations President Trump supposedly slammed as a “s - - thole country.” Sources exclusively tell Page Six that Tiffany is seeing handsome Michael Boulos, who grew up in Lagos, where his well-connected family owns a multibillion-dollar conglomerate that trades in vehicles, equipment, retail and construction. A source said Tiffany met London-based Boulos, whose family is of Lebanese origin, on vacation in Mykonos, Greece, this summer. Things have been going so well that law student Trump — who split from Ross Mechanic in the spring — even brought Boulos to the Trumps’ Mar-a-Lago for Thanksgiving. A source told us, “Tiffany is happy she has so far been able to keep things with Michael under the radar. But she introduced him to her family at Thanksgiving, and he comes across as a very intelligent young man from a great family. There was no mention of the president’s unfortunate comment about African nations.” Boulos attended an elite international school in Nigeria, and his brother Fares is an actor and rapper who performs as Farastafari. Their family founded Boulos Enterprises and the publicly traded conglomerate SCOA Nigeria. Trump reportedly called El Salvador, Haiti and unspecified nations in Africa “s - - thole countries,” saying during a January meeting on immigration, “Why are we having all these people from s - - thole countries come here?” Nigeria was outraged and responded by saying the comment was “deeply hurtful, offensive and unacceptable” if true, and demanded clarification from US officials. Trump later denied using the derogatory phrase, but he admitted the language he had used at the Oval Office meeting was tough. He then described Nigeria as “beautiful” when meeting with its president, Muhammadu Buhari, in April, adding that he’d like to visit. The Trump family and Michael Boulos didn’t respond to requests for comment. |

To start with, if your WAEC/NECO can get you Nursing admission in Australia then apply for a BSc in Nursing. https://www.sbs.com.au/yourlanguage/punjabi/en/article/2018/11/09/no-takers-thousands-australian-permanent-residency-visas?cid=trending How about considering the vacant occupational list below? Australia is among the most sought-after immigration destinations across the world with tens of thousands of people trying their luck to migrate down under every year as skilled migrants. While many skills are experiencing long queues of visa applicants, there are some that have found absolutely no takers at all. Of the 190,000 permanent visas that Australia plans to issue every year, nearly 70 per cent is reserved for skilled migrants. Under the skilled stream migration, prospective migrants are required to nominate an occupation from the relevant occupation list depending upon the kind of visa they apply for. For the skilled independent visa (subclass 189) - a permanent visa allowing indefinite stay and giving the freedom to live and work anywhere in Australia - all applicants file an expression of interest; and based on their points test score, the Department of Home Affairs then issues them an invite to apply for a visa. This permanent visa has nearly 44,000 places reserved in Australia’s annual immigration planning. Some occupations such as accountants and IT professionals are so popular that due to a high volume of applications, the Department has introduced pro-rata arrangements, whereas, in some other occupations, no invites were issued during the last financial year. Cabinet makers Out of the total 73 occupations that are subject to a ceiling, at least six were such that did not have a single invite issued in 2017-18. Wall and floor tilers, automotive electricians, electrical distribution trade workers, boat builders and shipwrights, precision metal trade workers and livestock farmers together account for 9,603 visa places. ALSO READ Most in-demand jobs that can get you permanent residency in Australia Australia's skilled migration program is designed to fill the skill gaps to meet the country's economic needs. However, shortages in some skills continue to persist. Sheet metal trade workers, cabinet makers, glaziers, panel beaters and barristers and some health diagnostic and promotion professionals – together accounting for over 5,300 visa places – saw just one applicant receiving an invite for each of the six occupations. Metal workers Precision metal workers are in demand in Australia but no invites were issued for this occupation in 2017-18. Chaman Preet from Migration and Education Experts in Melbourne says most visa applicants with trades occupations prefer to take other routes to Australian permanent residency. “In order for subclass 189 visa applicants to succeed, they require relatively higher levels of English proficiency, work experience and educational qualifications. In most cases, applicants with these occupations would prefer a sponsored visa that would get them additional points to meet the minimum requirements,” she told SBS Punjabi. Most of Ms Preet’s clients are from India – a country that’s currently the biggest source of permanent migrants and Australian citizens. While it can be an express route to permanent residency for applicants with the necessary skills, experience and English proficiency, Ms Preet says some occupations are more popular than others among Indian migrants. “The choice of occupations depends on the ease of doing the course and then the ability of the students to find an employer because most of them would look to gain post-study work experience and then employer sponsorships to make up for any gap in the points requirement,” Ms Preet said. SBS Punjabi earlier reported on the most in-demand occupations that can get applicants permanent residency without the need of a sponsoring state or an employer. Good thing is, in Australia there is equal opportunities for all genders although their could be a bit of difference in salaries. Here is a url search for civil engineering jobs https://www.seek.com.au/civil-engineer-jobs . There are plenty more out there you can look up yourself. I couldn't advise on what school to study. There are plenty of campuses out there. So depends on which campus is closer to where there are jobs opportunities thats what I do be going for. This url will help you in search of uni, tuition fees, course duration and who to contact. http://cricos.education.gov.au/ LadyHeaven: |
First to qualify for either a Temporary Graduate Visa 485 or Skilled Recognised Graduate 476 (Mainly for Engineering study) you need to have studied in Australia for 2yrs and over. Most universities now offer 1 - 1.5yrs master programs which makes it a bit daunting to remain in Australia after studies. So you need to search out for Unis that offer 2yr program in your course of choice. If I were you, I would pursue course related to my first degree as it makes it much either to gain admission plus secure a visa. In either ways, you still need to write a strong statement of purpose so as to convince your case officer why you are having a bit of change in career path. Changing a course with same school shouldn't be much of a problem in your situation, since there is a bit of similarities in courses offered. And I doubt you will have to reapply for a new visa in such case but again school will have to notify immigration. Problem is when you intend to change program or school completely then you are required to make a fresh application only after 6months when you initial course has commenced. I don't know what aspect of engineering you specialize in but am sure their are heaps of work opportunities for engineers in Australia. It's vital go get it right at the beginning and I have always been an advocate for that but the fact remains that not all cases are the same. Individual circumstances differs and we must put that into consideration. I read where he has been adviced by several folks here to apply for a school in Sydney but he still insisted to going to Wollongong for reasons best known to him. Not everyone who gained admission into Universities in Sydney secured their visas and not everyone who went to Wollongong had to commute to Sydney for work. He may have gone through hell getting admitted or the process may have been easy for him, we don't know. Some were lucky to find a job in Wollongong and are happy living there while others had to travel to Sydney or live there cos of the sort of work they wish to do. When giving advice/advise we need to show people both sides of the coin. I don't really have time to share a story of a 12yrs old i adopted here. May be we need more experience in life to realise why we need to allow people make decisions for themselves. I commuted to Sydney not because there were no jobs in Newy but because the job i enjoyed doing was in Sydney and I couldn't live in Sydney because of the sort of housing and the cost. |

The pros and cons of Tasmania are these: Pros: Easy to gain admission into University Accommodation, transport, food are cheaper over there Eligible for state sponsored visa after your study Less traffic Loads of beautiful places to visit cum holiday. Cons: Hard to find a job as you habe to compete with people who have recently migrated there. Can be very cold My friend who has been in Australia for 6yrs is yet to secure his PR so he went there, found a job and how has an invitation for state sponsored visa. His eligibility came after living and working for 6months as the criteria changed at the end of the 3rd month it used to be. So yeah finding a job can be difficult unless you don't mind working in the farms as there are heaps of farm work. Like i said earlier if you are looking at getting into the country first then going there or to Northern territory are better options as the present government is happy for people to migrate there. This is one of the biggest job sites in Australia have a peek and see if you qualify for the jobs listed therein. https://www.seek.com.au/jobs/in-Tasmania-TAS obiagbaoso: |
