If you're insisting on the translators that omit God's personal name in their versions i will never ever agree with you because a NAME totally differs from a TITLE.

Let a million translators render that word with LORD i will tell you all of them are wrong with their translations {Exodus 23:1-2} because that verse is self explanatory!

All through until Moses, the real name of GOD was not known, but GOD made Himself known to them as the LORD GOD ALMIGHTY. But the LORD GOD ALMIGHTY revealed this name to Moses:

Only those who do not know the One True Living GOD will make the comments you make about the name of GOD.

If you know who your dad is, and you stand before those who know him as well, you don't need to call him by his name before they know who you're talking about when you mention, "My Dad…"… they know who you're talking about already.

But when you stand before those who do not know your dad, even if you mention his full name, they still don't know him and may never know him until you go back to where he is, bring him before them to show him to them.

You asking me of the name of the One True Living LORD GOD ALMIGHTY shows you do not know Him.

Because if you know Him, you won't have asked again when you read One True Living LORD GOD ALMIGHTY.

Not all humans acquire a spirit in this life. As Jesus Christ Himself explained in the Gospel, the only life a person obtains from his or her mother's womb is a physical(non-spiritual) life. Every human born into the world has a spirit. It is this spirit that makes the person a living soul. Without the spirit, that person remains in sleep mode for as long as the spirit is absent.

This is why JESUS CHRIST said:

“It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.”
— John 6:63 (KJV)

There JESUS CHRIST compared His Words to the 'spirit'.

God condemns lying yet it is possible to lie even against a prophet. I don't know the particular reason why God allowed the Spirit of Samuel to come up at that point. My guess is that God wanted to have that prophesy against Sault made known and it had to be done by one of His own.

However, an important question to ask here is this. Do all who die have spirits that can be invoked by those like the witch of Endor? the Scriptural answer to that question is a No. Samuel had a Spirit because he was and died a prophet of God. King Saul who later died, died a sinner and hence without a spirit.

There is a difference between the 'soul' and 'spirit'.
What the witch summoned of Samuel was his 'soul' not 'spirit'.

For once a man dies, his spirit returns to GOD who gave it. But the soul, the real you is what goes to wherever he/she had lived to spend their end.

“Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.”
— Ecclesiastes 12:7 (KJV)

This is why you see the souls of those who had died (not their spirit) whether in Heaven or Hell.

The spirit of Samuel was not in Heaven but in Hell as at that time.
