It was a battle of life and death but the Lord won.
My second son made his grand entrance on 18th Feb weighing 4.7kg through emergency CS when I couldn't push him out during my vbac journey.

I did all the diet and exercise and scans failed me that I was carrying small baby but God did not fail me.

First Timer, just thought to share my experience as I am very distraught ATM . I lost my first baby last Saturday 1st Feb at 21 weeks.

So sad. God will wipe your tears and give you the one that will stay dear. I lost my first at 24 weeks and today I have a toddler and another on the way. See if you can probe further into what might have caused it. If they aren't responsive enough, try a general hospital.

I actually tried something and it worked. The pain didn't stop totally but it really reduced it.
My mum brought original Shea butter and I usually apply it on every part below the abdomen-down to hips and waist(round).

Congrats! Go to the pharmacy and ask for folic acid and ferrous. Take one tablet each everyday. They are other costlier prenatal drugs like Pregnacare and the rest if you have the money. But folic acid and ferrous will do for now.

You have a lot of mentors here. Feel free to ask any question you may have.

You will be alright last last mama. Did you read what Chimzy09 wrote? She had it in her previous pregnancy but it isn't so with her current pregnancy. So, take it easy. I pray yours will be gone before or after delivery.

Had a bad case of this with my DD’s pregnancy, crowned with severe edema cos I had HBP. Started at 6 months till delivery. I’m super grateful to God that this one has been seamless cos I was trying to imagine how I’d cope with the pain and a toddler since they said it gets worse with subsequent pregnancies.

It was so bad I couldn’t walk some days, I only managed (with lots of groaning, grunting and crying) to get up to pee and have a bath. Usually I shower twice daily but the pain made me resort to only late evening or night time baths. I lived on the living room couch for 5 months, for easy access to the guest toilet, kitchen and fridge!!

It's such a terrible thing mama. Thank God you aren't experiencing it with this pregnancy. God will see us through in Jesus name amen.

I'm currently experiencing the same. Mine started 7 months after I had my son and 4 months later I took in for this baby and currently 20 weeks plus. My dear, it isn't funny at all. And many women are experiencing it. It's called Symphysis pelvic dysfunction. You can read up on it.

From what I read, some women had theirs disappear after some months post partum and some never had the same luck.
There are some exercises that can help with getting relief, but it involves lying on your back which may not be very comfortable for now.

Luckily, you are almost at the finish line and yours might get better after birth. Thank your stars, some women have it bad that even when they walk or sit the bone cracks and is accompanied by pain.
Mine is like yours. I only experience it when I'm lying down and turning but no physical pain just that it's worrisome.

It shall end in praise.

I took my 4th dose of TT in January. Have started getting that bom bom pain I got when I had my son in 2018. And this is after I sit for a while. It is well sha. The things we do for our Los. It will end in praise.

I woke up to some mild but constant contractions on Thursday, the more I tried to ignore the pain the more constant it becomes,at about 8am I took my bag and headed to the hospital.I was checked and already 6cm dilated, I started strolling about in the Labor room@ about 9am I was already 8cm, the nurse was about fixing a catheter by 10 when my water broke, and this herald the coming out of my Angel.Cappo @ joyfulmama BS Submitted.

Very possible. Felt mine first at 11 weeks. It was very clear

Please malaria drug can i take...a breast feeding mum n baby is just 2 months old.
I was giving P-Alaxin Tablets at the pharmacy and the guy there (guess a pharmacist) insisted that it is the malaria drug that breast feeding mums take along side he gave amoxil 500 mg to treat typhoid

Getting home, i discovered it is written on the leaf that breast feed mum should not use it for malaria treatment.
I don't know what to do right now
Please advise or recommend for me...

A pharmacist recommended it for me even after my husband told him I was breastfeeding and because we trusted his opinion, I took the drug only to have my breast milk dry up for more than a week. It was scary and I took everything that boasts lactation but to no avail. Thank God it finally came back, but I didn't need a soothsayer to tell me to head straight to the hospital the next time I was down with malaria symptoms. It was coartem that my doctor gave me which was the same thing I took when pregnant. So, please seek your doctor's opinion dear.

I was here for my first missionary journey last year and on 24th Nov, 2018 my Princess made her entrance. I, my cappo vannywealthdesi & whyworryph all had our babies on the same day #ohhappyday. While sharing my BS, I declared and wrote, see you in 2020. God has done it for us and I am back on my second missionary journey. EDD 20th March, 2020.
As we always say, Our journeys will end in praise.
