I did my HSE program during my service, quite cheap tho.. HSE 1, 2 and 3 ..from a verified Institute for just 15k.. It was cheap because I was a Corper then...
My friend did one online free HSE course, they sent him the certificate via email.. He printed it out, he got a link to go work for a big firm in Lagos, Lo and behold he was bounced back, cause the certificate wasn't recognize and certified..
My best advice is that you save some money and take any course from a certified Institute

Same exact situation. Im in grad school and the guy could not understand that you wont be as free as you would be if you dont have assignments, readings, projects and exams to prepare for. My girlfriend's name is Motunrayo. I love the girl with everything I have. I thought she was going to be my wife because we have done 'mini-introduction'.
