Sagogo99:I replied you already. |
teddyboyyemi:Is too early to apply for visa now if your entry period is September 2016. For FALL ENTRY (Sept), students are advised to tender the application from August since only 1 month visa will be issued. If your entry is July (Summer), you are advised to apply around June or May. Reason is that the university have stipulated period they send names to embassy and embassy also have period they open detailed submission by the Universities. Hence, you will have to wait till the right time. Nothing we can do from this forum.... Best wishes! |
Abruzy:In each of my replies, you will find my email address in the signature part of my posts. Look for it and send your documents. Please take note: You have to ensure you have funds and stable sponsor to finance your education abroad, jobs are scarce and not guarantee. Also, here is not bed of roses and the pasture is not always greener out here.... ........but be rest assure you can gain quality education in a serene environment, if you are financially stable...you can find some little jobs to only provide your daily food but may not pay your fees.... Waiting for your application documents! |
tejiri294:For the master programme at the British University of Nicosia, one course is 299 euro and students will do 7 courses and one thesis (thesis +VAT =500euro). Pls add up all you will know the entire fee for the programme........The fee is for the whole programme not per year. You can apply for the student coming for Arts (having a deficiency in Maths) and I can speak with the Registrar regarding that, let see what he says....officially all students irrespective of programme to study should supply 5 credits excluding religion subjects and national languages. |
Ayomide94:What am saying is SIMPLE and they also stated it clearly in the admission. So for a layman, I have attached CIU details for you here. Example standard fee per year is 6198euro. With 50% the fee reduced to half (3099euro). They offer various accommodation, hence 3099 +the accommodation package; total is 6258euro. Read the letter its says "50% applied on tuition". The student pays this 6258euro yearly. Also, instalment is only ALLOWED from the second semester and that comes with interests.

elijah101:NO for EMU, he must pay for one semester before the university will release his confirmation letter or send his name to embassy which is almost 1900usd |
remainhidden:I gave you two options..choose anyone you love, like and want...then pay the stated fees into the university account of the University you choose. Best wishes! |
Ayomide94:Seems you guys are getting confused with this scholarship thing. The fees quoted for you on CIU And EMU is already INCLUSIVE of 50% scholarship pls take note. I can see you are doing 50% on 5890euro.... No no no is wrong that 5890euro is the fees you paid after the university did 50% on actual fees... I do hope you get that. Lastly yes you can pay the 1000 euro to get visa and on arrival you balance the rest. Example the fees quoted for 50% of BUN is around 2475 euro ( academic year) that's what you pay for full one year cos is inclusive of 50%. So when admission letter is issued from BUN, it's means you have to pay that...same thing what is stated on your CIU Letter is what you will end up to pay for one year and that fees for CIU includes accomodation package. You can call CIU for more clarification but that is the plain explanation I have provided here. |
Abruzy:Hi, You can check the fees on each university website yourself you will know which is cheap. Take note; EMU fees you received is for one semester meaning you will pay around 4400usd per year. BUN fees stated on that pics is per year. Check on the website but I can tell BUN is the cheapest for now. Best wishes! |
ponpin234:In BUN you can get 75% scholarship with that grades. CIU only offers 50% scholarship. Let me know which you have plan to study with. |
Study Engineering, Nursing and Business at British University of Nicosia with 50-75% scholarship. For Transfer international student: Tuition is free for one year! If its interest you, send me your application documents. NOTE: the fees quoted is PER YEAR....means if you are admitted with 75% scholarship, you only pay 1235euro each year. Also, siblings have discounts.

layzie86:You should upload just your acceptance letter. The student certificate is for the student already studying in Turkey/Cyprus (usually issued to all registered students). The Equivalence statement is a document showing how your educational qualifications obtained in your home country relate to the visiting country qualifications/criteria (which is Turkey/Cyprus in this case). |
Abruzy:It is good you can study the computer and Software ENG at BUN. I don't know the currency exchange. You will need to visit the bank with your admission letter so as to make your payment. You can ask the Nigerian banks or the bureau de exchange for actual conversion. I only reply on this forum and I receive application documents via my email ONLY...I don't do private chat or phone chats. If you have questions ask here or email me directly. Thanks! Best wishes and let me know when you are ready! |
Abruzy:The fees for British University for each programme offer is stated on the pics I uploaded. You have to be sure of which of the University you wish to study. To apply for admission at British Uni, you will need to send me your olevel, result, international passport page and state the programme you wish to go for. Best wishes! |
ponpin234:Sorry...I dont know which countries you can secure job. You can email the human resources or Alumni unit of your proposed university. Unfortunately, I will only answer questions relating to admission, visa, living styles in South and North Cyprus and can briefly talk about jobs while studying. Every other questions you can read this thread from first page till current page, you can call the university and ask or you can do google search. Good luck! |
ponpin234:I dont know if you finish from CIU and you can get job there...cos this depends on the university need for staffs.Do you mean lecturing job or what nature of Job? For lecturing job you have to be able to have good research skills, demonstrate some other academic experience....lastly, you can only apply for job if there are OPEN POSITIONS....nobody can guarantee that. Anything is possible...I finished in Cyprus and two weeks after, I was appointed as Assistant Professor....meanwhile I have known even the locals that we studied together and yet to get job while some got just a part-time since almost 3yrs........so what works for MR. A may not work for MR. J... If your intention is coming to work after....then re-think well and have strategy for exit or landing well on the job or outside your dream. I think you should acquire skills that makes you multi-functional and fits to different regions/country rather than a sole country. There are some Nigerian Assistant professors also at CIU though........Good luck! |
Study Engineering, Nursing and Business at British University of Nicosia with 50-75% scholarship. For Transfer international student: Tuition is free for one year! If its interest you, send me your application documents.

layzie86:You will need to upload a biometric photograph of yourself on the pre-application system online and that will be used on your visa sticker. You can just go with the same biometric photo although you won't be needing it further. 2) Visa FormJust type 7 days, the embassy will determine the number of days that will be issued to you. After registration with the University, your residence permit will take care of the length of stay. b) Port of First Entry or Transit RouteThis depends on your flight. You can enter via Ankara or Istanbul......Sakarya is between Ankara and Istanbul. From Lagos mostly the flight enter Turkey via Istanbul and Northern Nigeria may enter from Ankara also. So fill the route you wish between Ankara and Istanbul. 3) Vaccination Card for yellow fever & typhoid diseasesNo...just any governmental hospital will do or verifiable private clinics. 4) Travel Health Insurance which covers the entire period of intended stay or transitNo specified company..just visit any insurance vendor that deals with travelling health Insurance. Just get for 7days. After registration, your university provides for you. |
Sagogo99:Both started. |
Nitta08:Yes you can email me and let me know. Have great day! |
remainhidden:I have replied your mail. Send me the complete documents for admission. All process is FREE of cost. |
wildrose21:Good |
wildrose21:NO...there is no South Cyprus embassy in the North Cyprus. Turkish embassy cannot issue south Cyprus visa. If you need to go South Cyprus you can visit there consulate in Lagos or any other country you are currently living. |
The British University of Nicosia Offers Nursing Program in English. The Admission process is opened NOW
|
wildrose21:You can only visit South from North legally if you have the visa to South Cyprus, you are European Citizen, married Southern Cypriot, have valid multiple entry Schengen visas and sometimes American Citizen are allowed based on specific mission. |
Nitta08:Only two universities (EMU and near east University) offer Medicine at North Cyprus and both range between 15-16,000USD per year and no scholarship for medicine. The fees is excluding accommodation and living expenses. When you are ready financially let me know. |
Kristofferson:Thanks man. I have a few questions to ask:Yes most of the universities can exempt some courses for you depending on how relevant the courses are, grades and course contents. 2. Which is better to go to between North Cyprus, South Cyprus and Turkey for best education, fast admission and fast students visa processingAll of them are good study destination, even though the medium of training is mostly English, you will still face language barriers in all among locals and in some sector of the university. Embassy deals with visa and you can check more on the processing days for each on the embassy websites. 3. Which universities are best in these Countries for software engineering or software technology?I dont know which are/is best in the mentioned countries. May be google can help you regarding that or visit the website of each universities in the three countries and check on that. 4. I am considering changing my age for passport processing since i will be 25 this year as naija conditions don make me old for house na.It will be advisable to come out clean when it comes to visa, educational and life issues. ....just personal advice! 5. Which of the country is best for house accommodations, flexing and hustling as i be naija boy na and i like to do Ajala things. Coz i go consider touring Europe's to watch football matches oo like champions league lol?You may have to do google search for this. Traveling to another country requires you to demonstrate financial capabilities, ties and purpose of trips and some atom that you will return from your trips to you base....meaning you will be needing visas to tour all European countries if you choose to study in any of these countries. If you want easy tour to European countries...then you have to study in Schengen countries. |
Arrihinius:Depends on the capital you have, since this is an island anything consumables or use daily will be a good thing to do. Property investment etc. |
Arrihinius:No you can't. You will need some license to do that and as a foreign student (excluding Turkish), you won't be issued the license. Also, if you wish to buy the car for the local to drive for you and get returns it will cost you between 5000-20,000 usd for used to New Benz for the business. The new cars are mostly preferred. |
lexycool01:Yes, there is British consulate in the North Cyprus located at Merit Hotel in Lefkosia. You will make appointments online and submit your application through TLS at Lefkosia. You can apply for 6, or 12 or more months but you may likely be issued 6 months visa for the first time which is the common one here for the first timer. For financials, it will be advisable for you to provide means of sustenance during your stay in the form of bank statement/pay slip. If the person inviting you writes that the financial burden will be on his/her, then the person must include financial proof, the address of accommodation, etc. Best wishes! |
HelloT:Hi, The process is quite easy and can be well followed. Since you have started you can continue, or you can send me all the necessary docs, and I can apply for you in 2 or 3 of the South Cyprus institutions. The bold part of your statement: Kindly note that living in South Cyprus (EUROPE) does not guarantee you to travel even to the next European country, you need to meet the visa requirements of your destination and be able to proof a tie that will make you return. |
