By all common sense and logic, the guy has nothing to worry about. However, some of laws over there are not based of morality, fairness, and logic.

According to crazy law over there, sleeping with a drunk woman is equivalent to rape even if both of you were drunk. On the flip side, a woman, drunk or not, sleeping with a drunk man isn't rape. For some weird reasons, they believe a drunk man should be held accountable for his actions while a drunk woman shouldn't. They also presume, for females only, that consent cannot be given when drunk.

When the simp Dr. Olufunmilayo released his statement that both were drunk and had sex, I knew that he dug a deep hole for himself. Not only is he a simp, he is utterly fòolish. Charging her for damages with a legal document will likely not do śhit. Ask those who signed prenup.

That someone achieved a medical degree and is able to practice doesn't mean they have common sense.

Academic studies only tests your ability to retain information not your actual intelligence. That's why we have so many stupid individuals in 'prominent' careers.

Everything is explainable brother. Let me try to do justice to these questions, as if I am her lawyer.

1. She deleted those pictures to hide her identity, yes it probably dumb now thinking about it but she was intimidated and scared because of how many followers the doc had and how influencial he was. She was scared people would bash her physically and that her face will be plastered everywhere making it hard for her to get a job or find love again.


2. The doc said she has other male friends who she visits. So its a no brainer as to why she did that. It necessary doesn't have to be because of him.

3. Because she has been molested but she actually loved him. But he treated her like shit. But because of her emotional attachment for him she wasn't ready to go all out at 1st. She had sex with him the second time despite his initial abuse because she actually did love him and felt it was an aberration (which she clearly stated in the chats after the 1st sex).

But she never felt safe enough to actually love him that way again. And she never seduced him. When she came into his room that day she wasn't only wearing bra and panties, she had a night gown on as well just that the buttons were bad. Infact he was the one always trying to sleep with her.
