Some people can naturally understand difficult
studies like physics and geometry, while others
can never grasp the concepts.



I could remember back then in my secondary school days, there was this particular guy that dosen't come to class, he could just decide to skip some classes if he dosen't like the teacher, all he just needs to do is get some of our notes after school and just scan through the days work, at times he seems to be ahead of the class, he plays a lot, but he never fails any exams in fact he always comes out tops unless he's sick then he'd probably be next after the best student, in fact he mislead a lot of us back then to play truancy, of which he ends up passing and the rest of us failing,

I couldn't help but wonder how the guy does this, even there was a time he was suspected of cheating but no evidence, he was made to re-sit the exam of which to the amazement of everyone he made better scores in the end.
At times I try asking the guy ow he assimilates stuff, reads or remembers certain things. .. up till now I never got a concrete tho*



So I ask this question?

Former president, Olusegun
Obasanjo, has appealed the
judgment by a Federal Capital
Territory High Court, presided over
by Justice Valentine Ashi, against
the publication of his
autobiography, titled ‘My Watch’.

In the court of appeal holding in Abuja,
the former president said the learned
Trial Judge erred in law when he
granted Interlocutory Orders of
Injunction which inter alia restrained
the Defendant from the publication of
his book “My Watch” or the content of
the letter to the President which is the
subject of the suit before the trial judge
in the said book.

In his ten ground appeal, Mr Obasanjo
said the Judge “erred in law and acted
without jurisdiction in directing the
police and security agencies to seize
the book from any vendor” and
directing him (Obasanjo) to show cause
within 21 days on why he should not
be committed to prison for contempt of
court.

The former president is seeking an
order setting aside the ruling of the
lower Court made on Wednesday the
10th of December, 2014 and all the
orders made thereunder.

He is also seeking an order transferring
the suit to the Chief Judge of the High
Court of the Federal Capital Territory for
reassignment to another judge
It will be recalled that the South West
People’s Democratic Party (PDP),
Organization and Mobilization
Chairman, Mr Buruji Kashamu has
approached the Abuja High Court
asking the court to restrain the
defendant, Olusegun Obasanjo from
publishing his autobiography “My
Watch"

President Goodluck Jonathan in the early hours of
Thursday announced his deputy, Namadi Sambo,
as his running mate in the 2015 presidential
election.
The announcement has brought to an end
speculations that the President would drop the
vice president and choose a new vice presidential
candidate.
He chose Sambo as the vice president when he
was the governor of Kaduna state in 2010 after
the death of President Umaru YarAdua and his
subsequent assumption of office as the
President.
In his acceptance speech, the President who
described Sambo as 'loyal and humble' said that
he would run with him in the 2015 presidential
election.
The president promised to tackle corruption
headlong and the grievances of members of the
party in the just concluded party primaries.
