on a serious note, reg end by march 12, there is still time to complain. but i still believe nysc will get her act together very soon, believe me you are the only one who hasn't recieve sms and haven't been able to print his/her green card. i have friends that have similar issue they call or message me every hour as if i work for nysc.

i wnt into deep research bfre saying anytin on this issue and i was eable to find sme facts wic i wuld like to share on this plattform.
As a computer Programmer this is my proffesional point of view based on research.
1 NYSC site was never hacked... mst pple dnt knw exactly wat d work hack or hacking means hacking means to gain unauthoriz access to a computer or a websit by running script or code...
Now wen we wer all checking our CUL we made use of our mail and password to access it. in hacking u dnt need a password to gain acces u run codes dat giv u access to d profile
2 The url portal.nysc.org.ng/nysc11 is the name of the parth way in wich our authomatically generated CUL is saved but the hyper link havnt bin made availabe on the site fr viewing. now this part is on the nysc server so if u knw the name of the parth u wuld be able to access it. its just like knowing the name of a particular folder on ur phone and searching for it. we hav bin using this same method to reseve rooms in school during my undergraduate days even wen d portal is not yet open. all u need to know is the parth url of the folder u want to access
3 The call up letter is generated authomatically when you chose ur states and hit on the sbmit butin wic is den saved in nysc11 path this is designed using OOP algorithms wic mstly made up of conditional statements dat is do while loop (only programmers will knw wat i mean by this) let me give u an example in java

}; this brings us to the stage of pple contemplating weda nysc will chge the state or not. sme one even said it will tke them days to reprograme the system to redeploy..

Like I will always say,you have made a point even tho I didn't finish reading your research. We have been expecting more analysis,seeing this now is just a fulfilment of the prophesy that more analysis would keep pouring in. if you want us to believe any analysis now just upload or attach an ID card showing you are a top NYSC staff,anything short of that,we are not moved because most of us have taken an overdose of the patience pill. Good Morning Great People...i hv observe so far from this whole NYSC stuffs that first..NYSC official site is where those printout of call up and number was generated from ..secondly, The Memo posted on there website states that those sending money to a site to get posted or relocation shouldn't do that as letters and call up will be communicated duly from the sites..,Thirdly,I observe that NYSC are encouraging the online Payments because why was it only those that payed 3K online was able to Print the Letter?is the 3k going to the Scammers Acct or NYSC Account? Or what then did the Scammers getting as gain in thus same NYSC Domain(portal.nysc.org.ng)? Lastly, if anyone claims that those letters printed from that same NYSC server free of charge is invalid ,Then the portal will have to be closed and fresh registration will have to begin..thank u

I don't know why it's hard for you guys to decode this thing...This thing has been programmed before now...call up letters have been programmed...Once you pick four states it automatically selects a state for you, generates your call up number and prepare your letter...it's no longer the manual style..All this is in bid to stop the runs..out of everyone here who has seen his letter..how many has the so called fake sites told to pay? Ask yourself why the call up numbers sent to people by NYSC the same on the letter ..how did the hackers quickly prepare it? The call up numbers on the green card are that big because each time a submit button is pressed it generates a number that's why NYSC is taking their time to send new ones to PCMs...to change this letters, a new code has to be written all over which I doubt can be possible...and PCMs can't influence posting again because it's already programmed...it's not the manual style people write like before..that's why we were told to upload every document so you don't come tomorrow to say health issues or marriage...you go to wherever you get..we are in the technology age...The only thing is it got bursted earlier than planned..so accept wherever you get...for boko haram states...it was stated right where you wanted to pick of the states affected in red color self..you would get a redeployment to your state of choice if you don't want to stay...y'all should embrace wherever you get posted to..

you Hv a point no doubt,but whether or not nysc site was hacked or not,what we PCMs should do is to be patient and see what they have off their sleeves.they have just said we should ignore any CUL deploying people to various states,lets just hold on,if at the end of the day they come out to say they v officially started issuing CUL and we confirm it's still the same deployment ,then we ll know they were confused. But for now,they play the pipe and still dictate the tune,they have the knife and the yam let them cut as they please. Our currency right now should be patience. If they decide to change the whole thing,no PCM can question them.

They refer their victims to a link and ask them to enter their login details as well as choices made during their online registration.
Management wishes to inform prospective Corps members that posting to states of deployment has not commenced; but will be done at the appropriate time in line with our laid down processes.
The so-called “link” being sent to prospective Corps members is handiwork of cyber criminals and should, therefore, be disregarded.
Prospective Corps members are particularly warned not to make payments for posting or change of posting as that is clearly the motive of the cyber criminals.
Management will inform prospective Corps members as soon as their posting letters are ready for printing online or delivery to their various institutions of graduation.
While assuring the public that the situation is fully under control, we shall continue to take measures to safeguard the integrity of the Mobilization process.

If anyone has been sent his or her call up letter, don't get excited yet,rather,you should be on a prayer and fasting programme because you are currently on the hackers list. NYSC has officially not deployed any PCM..i ll also pray for you.

Most probably your school didn't meet up with NYSC Deadline to upload her senate approved result in 2015,so they have just uploaded on that day you saw on your record. they sure approved your result in 2015 that was why you could get cleared and was issued your SOR,BUT YOUR SCHOOL Was unable to upload.

No it won't pose no problem,2015 was when your school's senate approved her students result, therefore; NYSC considers the year and day of result approval as the year and day of graduation.
