Now Nigeria is the fourth largest economy in Africa. Mtn just recorded another earth shaking quarter 1 loss, the chicken republic is shutting down outlets, Nigeria breweries is closing 2 factories, all the breweries recorded mouth gaping losses, nestle is gone, dstv is gone , Cadbury is gone. How long before you own up that Lagos is history
Lol. Shameless old man. UK is officially in recession. An economic downturn reality that cyclically affects all nations on our planet Earth.

Yet who is foolish or megalomaniac enough to proclaim that the UK is "history" and that a small, landlocked and delusional region of Nigeria now fancies itself economically greater than the UK?

Stop disgracing yourself hateful old man. Go and play with your grandkids because that Igbo and SE dominance of Lagos, the SW and Yorubas you are so desperate to see will never come to pass even if you live to be 500 years old.

What a lengthy write up
A load of rubbish written by a sadistic and pathetic elder who should know better yet has been here for decades writing similar about the 'demise' of Lagos and predicted downturn in the fortunes of Yoruba land and Yorubas.

Yet such has not happened with Lagos, Yoruba land and Yorubas waxing stronger.

Deep hatred and envy of others has a way of imprisoning the minds of those who suffer from it. They can't even escape their own imprisonment for one second till death mercifully steps in to intervene. 😎

Obi from Somalia or Cameroon? Must be because you cannot be talking about the incompetent, bigoted and cowardly "Yes Daddy" Obi of Nigeria who is a disgrace to leadership and nothing but a product of IPOB 'gbajue' propaganda.

The Nku of 2012 wrote what Igbos truly feel about Obi whereas Nku of 2022 is only following the clannish bigotry he is born with supporting his own, i.e "Yes Daddy", who he had previously condemned vehemently because he naively believed doing that can get Obi , and Igbos by extension, to Aso Rock in 2023.

Nigerians are not fooled. Go and sell your fake product Obi , since you guys are very good at marketing all thing fake, to the gullible souls in the SE.

Nigerians have rejected Obi for good. Stop wasting your own time and breadth.

Politics › Re: Fulani Herdsmen menace.....the Truth No One Want To Say. by WizardOfNG:
being:
See don't let's mix things up... the widespread attack of indigenes across different states and that starting all of a sudden in buhari 's time is not just caused by the various rich indigenes.. they were emboldened by the fulanis in govt , in police, in the military with buhari being the chief enabler. Even this ur town case, did u have fulani coming to kill people in the area? Did they tell you that it was rich indigenes that sent them to kill the people ? I doubt
Another good post. Let me add that we should also look at what our elected leaders in the South do as well since they know more than us.

Akeredolu, till his death, squarely took the battle to Northerner sponsoring terror and arming Fulani herders.

He even threatened to buy AK47 for Amotekun to make it a fair fight since it seems every Fulani carries an AK47 or even more lethal weapons.

At no point, to show such was never a major threat worth focusing on, did Akeredolu, Makinde and co ever talk of Southern indigenes involvement as the OP is trying to convince us is a major contributor to the insurgent menace of Fulanis across the South.

I really don't know the OP's motivation but his effort to rope in Southerners as self-serving saboteurs and major players in the Fulani brigandage of the South seems really uninformed to me.

It should be obvious to anyone fairly knowledgeable and up to speed with events that what we see in the South and Middle belt today is an attempt to replicate in the South and Middle belt what has now become a way of life in the core North, and nations across the Sahels in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Put simplistically, it is a grand conspiracy, abetted and sustained even beyond the borders of Africa, to make Nigeria part or even headquarters of the Sahel confederation of Islamic Nations, shown below, by force.

It is not a joke to trivialise with uninformed and grossly inaccurate theories. I personally think most Nigerians don't know the seriousness of what we are playing with.

being:
So the point of d matter is this fulani menace that has stopped people from going to the farms that wasn't a big problem b4 buhari time is not caused by rich indigenes!!! That's d point I want to be clear rather than mixing things up... the fulani killings & kidnappings of farmers is NOT sponsored by indigenes, it is sponsored & perpetuated by the Fulani hierarchy !!!! And that's what should be dealt with if u want a solution.

Just imagine-- how logical is it for a rich man to contract fulani herdsmen ito rear cows in his town.. they kill people and come back to kill and injure people and he is happy working with them ? Will he not be bothered they might one day kill his friends or relatives who are farmers in the town?
I agree with you. There may be the odd cases of indigenes of Southern States contracting Fulanis to herd livestock for them, purely as a business venture .

Yet it is foolhardy, ignorant and very simplistic to try and present this as the full picture given a universal over-reportage of what is actually behind what we are seeing today to include the flooding of Nigeria with non-Nigerian Fulanis that is even powerful enough to force changes to our passport issuance rules and protocols under the new Government of BAT.

Informed Nigerians know, 100%, that the reality of Fulani deadly banditry and terrorism menace (ISWAP, Boko Haram, rogue elements from across the Sahels etc) troubling Nigeria severely today is first and foremost fueled by a Fulani supremacist, fundamentalist, expansionist and land grab conspiracy very powerful Fulanis ( in politics, the armed forces, religious and cultural leadership etal) are fully involved and invested in.

Foreign sponsors, who are not even Fulanis, and from Nations in faraway Asia and the Middle East, are involved in this conspiracy whose aim is to foist an ethno-religious supremacist hegemony on Nigeria.

OP's own experience, sorry to say, only gives him a very limited and simplistic outlook that is too far from the very complex truth of our reality today.

See who is talking? Someone that will be remembered as one of the worst Governors in the history of Benue state. I can't stop laughing. This man is sick in the head
My thoughts exactly. Would the failure Suswam have accepted unobjective condemnation of his leadership of Benue in his first year as Governor?

Obvious Suswam, like many who attack Tinubu, to include Atiku etal, is a mischief-maker. If not why the attack on Ministers sworn in at the end of August meaning they have been in charge for circa 8 months?

Objective folks can indeed demand Ministers do more but 8 months is too short to claim Ministers have failed. Especially when that claim is coming from a former Governor who failed over many years yet cannot allow others even a year to prove their mettle.

Channel this fight to current and former governors, including Obi that u heard it from him.

For existing roads not to be in ruins, it takes both president and governors to do them
Correct talk. When folks are not objective or progressive, to begin with, funny and senseless criticism is all you will get from them.

Only a fool or a total hater will not understand that Nigeris must move into an age where Governors must be held accountable to do more.

They earn more now and new reforms and ratified laws allow them the independence to do far more. They must therefore be tasked, by Nigerians and the Presidency, to take far more responsibility than they did before.

Sad reality is that the hater you address, and his kind, love to pretend only Tinubu and the FG exist to solve all problems because their aim is to always show the President and his government alone as incompetent and unworthy.

Well, Nigerians are wiser and Tinubu is certainly not GEJ or Buhari. This is only year one of his Presidency. Governors, Ministers and heads of parastatals will be shocked how BAT will 'change it' for them if they are found wanting.

Tinubu is not irretrievably attached to anything or anyone other than performance of leaders leading to development of Nigeria.

And what is wrong in that ? Even if Umahi does not do any single thing till 2027 his antecedent place well ahead of his contemporary for the presidential seat.

Umahi does not only deserve that seat but earned it n he is the kind of man Nigeria need to move forward not a Pandora Criminal in Peter Peter Obi or even Tinubu.

Umahi antecedent clearly shows he is beta than the two.
Indeed. Umahi will be supported overwhelmingly by progressive Nigerians because he will prove beyond doubt, in the next few years, he is competent and commitment to the Nigerian project plus the betterment of every corner of our Country.

Unlike the incompetent, fraudulent and shameless ethno-religious bigot called Obi "Yes Daddy" who is currently romancing the North seeking support he will never gain.

Just because the problems are being discussed today, in the search for solution, does not mean we should lose sight of those directly responsible for the mess.

What is shown below is a direct indictment against GEj so you haters, even if you can never support them, should keep quiet and let far better leaders work to deliver solution for the problems your demi gods caused.

The government also ordered the sale of DisCos that had been taken over by banks and the Assets Management Corporation.

Five distribution companies are currently under the management of banks and AMCON due to their inability to repay their loans to financial institutions.

This is a credit to AIS. Obvious they don't want the prestige and reputation associated with their educational institution tainted publicly with 'dirty' money.

They proactively asked for an authentic account to refund the payment Bello made and EFCC provided it. They have now refunded the full amount immediately.

Commendable.

Seriously, I'm beginning to think nobody will claim it even if one million dollars is on the table.
How can they claim what emanates from a product of concocted propaganda, lies and gbajue scamming i.e Peter "Yes Daddy" Obi?

I always say it that Nigerians don't like reading, hence can never do research to gain answers, and therefore remain very ignorant.

What is bigger proof of Obi's conman nature other the bodies floating in Ezu River, with organs removed, under the Governorship of Obi?

We all know that the killing was done by Awkuzu Sars butcher and genocidaire James Nwafor who was Obi's 'Man Friday' and worked closely with "Yes Daddy" during his gubernatorial tenor.

Who is dumb enough to think the Chief security Officer of Anambra at the time, I.e Obi, was not aware of who was behind the killing perhaps even the one who sanctioned it?

Yet below, a fake offer of reward for information, was how Gbajue Obi distracted and dismissed Anambra folks. Nigeria dodged a bomb with Obi. Cynically fraudulent and deliberately bigoted yet totally incompetent. Should never have been a leader TBH.

Till today no Igbo can offer information about the whereabout of James Nwafor who has vanished into thin air, after the real massacre of many, while they keep shouting about a fictitious Lekki Massacre.

My conclusion, because they are both warped, is that Igbos deserve Obi and he deserves to lead them in Igboland alone. Never ever Nigeria

It is the Army that has concluded it's investigation and dealt appropriate punishment to the two according to their own institutional provision.

They have handed them over for proper criminal prosecution which may then result in them being jailed.

As a demonstration of NA’s zero-tolerance for misconduct and criminality within its ranks, the two soldiers have been dismissed from the NA with immediate effect and handed over to relevant authorities for further prosecution.

“This decisive action underscores the NA’s resoluteness in maintaining its institutional integrity and reputation.

Not really a surprise if you look at the average Nigerian closely. Very emotional, sentimental, over-religious and prejudiced to the extent it is easy for manipulators and propagandists to make him/her lose sight of facts and what is relevant.

Add to this the reality of how most Nigerians hate to read, while always seeking instant gratification, then you will see that Nigeria probably has the most gullible electorate in the world.

In the UK, for example, Obi would be rejected for his abject performance as governor and, most importantly, he will stay rejected because the average Brit is pragmatically logical enough to understand that a worthless and incompetent beat police officer should never be promoted to detective.

If your parents are alive then they can stand in for the child applying by providing their own proof of entitlement to Nigerian citizenship. Children, even when adults, qualify automatically for Nigerian passports through parents.

Thosands of Nigerians use this route for their children who are born and bred in the UK and never set foot in Nigeria. "Ways and means" in public administration and political leadership can be used to secure unconventional solutions.

That will always apply here because this is not a development targeted at legitimate Nigerians who, by 'ways and means' processes of elimination, will succeed proving they are Nigerians.

This is a special exercise with a security underpinning for a Country fighting dangerous insecurity tied to foreign incursion of vary dangerous criminals.

It is those people this is targeted at. Even with corruption, many of them will not be able to prove genuine and verifiable connection to Nigeria as legit Nigerians would be able to do in the end.
